Very enjoyable stay. Room was very good. Housekeeping was great. Valet parking team was fantastic. All staff very friendly. Loved the restaurant and servers. Really like the market shop attached to hotel. It had everything we needed. Exactly the hotel experience we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in Honolulu. Great service , nice and clean rooms. Location is walkable to the beach. Front desk agent upgrade my room to sea view and offered complementary breakfast. Their restaurant was very nice with lots of option and had great food .

Best room cleaning services I've experienced in a very long time and I travel a lot. Everyone was very friendly, especially the wonderful cleaning staff. The shower had very low pressure but wasn't much of an issue to complain about due to everything else being top notch.

The hotel is in a great location, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. It was my first overseas trip and a great place to stop, this is the second time my Mum has stayed here as she really liked it the first time as well. I would recommend staying here and I will stay here again if I come back to Hawaii. Thanks for everything

Nice clean hotel. Staff was very efficient. Erlinda did an excellent job maintaining our room up to Hilton’s high standard. The hotel is a short walk to many attractions and it’s easy to walk through the International Market Place Mall to get to the center Waikiki.
