Great location. Friendly staff especially Carmen at the front desk who was very helpful. The hotel is very centrally located and we'll equipped although the pool and gym are small. Rooms are adequate although the bathroom could have better lighting. Overall a good place to stay.

Zeny was soo nice, professional and friendly. My room is always tidy and fully stocked. Excellent job! Keep it up! I love the atmosphere and the location.

This was my third time staying at the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber, and it certainly won't be my last. I keep coming back because everything about this hotel makes for an amazing Hawaiian holiday. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Waikiki, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and everything you could possibly need. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained, thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team who do an outstanding job every day. A special thank you to Evelyn from Housekeeping, who went above and beyond to help me locate a pair of denim shorts that I had misplaced during my stay. Her kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help were so appreciated and truly reflect the level of care and hospitality that makes this hotel stand out. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making your stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Thank you to the entire team for another wonderful stay. We picked this hotel primarily for the location. It is right on the waikiki strip and close to many restaurants, hotels and shopping malls. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The extra charge for hotel amenities was a bit steep. A good value in an expensive area.

Kristina at the front desk made our experience amazing. We called ahead to see if we could get an early check in and she took her time to find us a great room since ours was still occupied. By the time we had gotten to the hotel she had found us an even better room. She was friendly, helpful and even checked up on us during our visit. The room was clean and well maintained. Great experience.
