Kristina was absolutely amazing and some of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. As someone who is an industry leader in customer service I will bring this to the table at my corporate meetings as the example of how hospitality should be displayed.

Kristina took the time to genuinely listen to our concerns and went to extraordinary lengths to ensure they were resolved. She proactively arranged a room move when we experienced noise issues and personally ensured our breakfast concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. What stood out most was her care, ownership and positive attitude throughout. Kristina made us feel heard, valued and completely looked after. She is an exceptional ambassador for the hotel and her level of service significantly enhanced our stay. Staff members like Kristina are exactly what create memorable guest experiences.

We stayed at the Outrigger Beachcomber for 6 nights for our honeymoon. We loved our stay, staff were lovely and looked after us. Shout out to Yuki who made our stay even more special. Will definitely stay here again should we ever return to Waikiki, it’s the perfect location for anything you want to do in Honolulu! Thanks again!
