I don’t typically write reviews but I needed to after meeting the loveliest staff at this hotel. Our housekeeper Alicia (Xiao Li) was the kindest person I interacted with on the entire island. That says so much considering how amazing the people of Hawaii are. Alicia was so friendly, sweet, and attentive. I hope that her management sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves. Thank you Alicia for being an absolute angel. I will think of her when I think of outrigger and will be back hoping to see her.
