We booked this hotel with a Costco package. What I liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, just one block from the beach. Room 1034 was spacious and wider than most. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, which had a view of the ocean. What could have been better: The furniture in the lobby looks worn. We had to ask for hand soap at the bathroom sink. The hideabed in the sofa had an uncomfortable bar midway through the back area, not suitable for adults. Breakfast on day one was so bad we almost didn't go back but it got better each day. The wait for the elevator at times was very long. Parking cost $60 per day, but they were always speedy. I got the impression most people there did not have a car. Overall, I would say it's a solid 3-star hotel for Waikiki but could be improved with better breakfasts, speedier elevators, and new furniture in the lobby area.

Hotel was nice. Only two elevators with 20 floors, so add additional time to your schedule if you need to be somewhere. Pool area is small. Only valet parking is offered. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Friendly staff and beautiful location. The hotel entrance is on a quiet one-way street with multiple lanes for traffic making getting in and out a breeze. The beach is also only a 5 minute walk away! Although valet parking was limited at times, I never had an issue finding a paid parking within a 3 minute walking distance from the resort. I suggest claiming your 24-hour valet spot before 3pm.

Great place to be in heart of waikiki and many things and activites do within walking diatance to beach and famous places.

Overall, we had a great stay. The bed was very comfortable, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location is excellent. There is a pizza shop downstairs, an ABC Store right next door, and the beach is just a short walk away. It is also very close to a daily car rental center, which made picking up and returning our rental car extremely convenient. The only downside was the elevators. It seems there are only two elevators serving the building, and the wait time was often more than five minutes, especially during peak hours. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay because of the convenient location and comfortable accommodations.
