Beautiful property. Loved our spacious room with balcony and stunning ocean view. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping is wonderful. Beach is just across the street. Hotel provided beach chairs and towels. The surrounding area is nice, alot of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The Market Place is just outside the hotel and something to visit. Don’t miss Dukes breakfast buffet, we went four times, awesome! Our entire vacation was the best! Don’t hesitate! We will return on our next Waikiki visit.

This hotel is centrally located, has great service, and was one of the cleanest hotel I've stayed at. Bell service was particularly excellent. Had an early flight and so I had to leave at 4:00 a.m. and the bell personnel was prompt and extremely helpful in taking my luggage and calling a cab for me. Greatly appreciate the daily housekeeping service provided since many of the hotels that I have had to stay at in the last six months for business only provided housekeeping service upon request.

Excellent proximity to everything you want to see in Waikiki. Rooms are somewhat dated but clean, comfortable, and quiet. Pool is really small, but the staff is AMAZING.

As a 1st timer, this was the perfect place for our family to stay. Right across the street from the beach and centrally located by numerous shops and restaurants. Very family friendly. Honestly, if you never wanted to leave the resort, you don’t have to. Literally everything you need is there. Food, shopping, entertainment, everything!

I was able to stay on the 38th floor with a beautiful view of the beach and an even better view of the sunset. This was the BEST stay I've had with my three kids.
