Gorgeous hotel

Gorgeous hotel! Clean, friendly staff, great amenities. Only downside was street noise late into the night. We were on the 6th floor and the bar on the corner was playing music until 2am. Not the hotels fault, just something to be aware of when booking!
Not Grand Hyatt Kauai but good choice in Honolulu

Odd 70s design but the hotel has enough nice amenities to be worth the stay. Good location and value. During my work trip they treated me very well . The staff at the front desk, lounge and around hotel were very professional and accommodating. Globalist upgrade was very much appreciated. These are the things that keep me loyal.
Kids pool

The AC was not working in our room upon arrival. The bathroom did not smell clean. Our upgraded room had an old outdated bathtub. The pool is a glorified kids splash pool. Otherwise, the staff our friendly and helpful.
Best 3 days of touring I have ever had

We had Kenneth. I have been on many, many tours. I have never had a guide as good as he was. Not only very knowledgeable about the tours but was extremely funny. In hindsight, our tip for him was inadequate. How would I send additional money for his services. Bob Utter 240 674 - 8572 Frederick, Md.
