Pretty good overall

Location was great, but the pool was way too small. Breakfast for $50 per person was also ridiculous, in my opinion. Bell desk / valet workers were amazing though!
A nice getaway.

A very pleasant stay. In general, the staff was polite and attentive. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of space in the room. Would stay again.
Best Location!

Location can't be beat! The hotel is right across from a beautiful beach, the Duke statue and the banyan tree. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Elevators were a little backed up given the size of the resort, but we managed fine. Tommy Bahama beach chairs and towels were available for checkout (free).

Dear Hotel Management Team, I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay and to request your consideration for a future stay credit. Upon arrival on March 8, we were initially assigned to a standard room (#3666), which was quite disappointing. We then requested to be moved to an Ocean View Junior Suite, and while we appreciate that this request was eventually accommodated, we were not moved until two days later. Additionally, we were charged an extra $80 per night, along with full resort fees, for the upgraded room from March 10 through March 15. Unfortunately, the Ocean View Junior Suite did not meet expectations. The window seals in the room were very worn, and during the high winds that week, loud noise and air leakage persisted throughout both the day and night, making it difficult to rest. Because the hotel was at or near full capacity, we were unable to be moved again. In addition, restaurant service during our stay was significantly impacted. On a busy, rainy morning when the hotel appeared to be near full occupancy, there was only one server available. This resulted in extended wait times for seating, food service, and even basic items such as water, coffee, creamers, and refills. While we understand that high occupancy can present challenges, the combination of room issues, delayed accommodation, additional charges, and service delays resulted in a stay that did not reflect the level of quality we expect. Given these circumstances, I respectfully request that you consider offering a credit toward a future stay at one of your properties. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Andrew and Rodella Hurtado Andy's Cell: 562-331-0882 E: andrewhurtado@verizon.net Rodella's Cell: 714-943-3604 E: rodellahurtado@yahoo.com
