Great hotel and location. Easy walk to shopping and entertainment venues. High quality of service and amenities. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful; ocean front rooms are lovely with beautiful views. I come here every couple months for work and it's the only place I stay.:)
Too expensive!

For the price, it was below average. Resort fees and a host of other taxes were too high. Plan on at least another $1000 for a week stay. Don't eat at hotel, not worth the price.

You can’t go wrong with Hyatt. The whole team are very friendly. The only issue is parking spots are pretty tight. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location. Staff was amazing. We enjoyed the lounge food offerings. Rooms were large and well taken care of. We enjoyed the complimentary classes. Took Hula, Ukulele and Lei making.
