All the staff at the hotel was sosupper nice and helpful we were there on an MAW trip the only thing that was not accommodating was the restaurant for the buffet I asked if they would accommodate myself so that everyone else could enjoy the buffet and they would not

I had never stayed in this particular Hyatt hotel before and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service that I received in the week that I was there. When my television was not working around 10 p.m. one evening, I called down to the front desk and someone was at my door within five minute's time and resolved the issue. Everyone working there was very pleasant and professional, helping to make this a lovely experience for me and my family.

The hotel is very well located, and in good shape in general. Service is not personalized at all. The line to take the elevator is endless and the time to request and return the car is unbearable!! The breakfast is good, although 47 dollars + tax + tip is 100 bucks per couple, is more expensive than any good dinner near the hotel. The hotel does not offer a variety of dining options, only the pool bar and a Korean restaurant. The only reason why I would choose it again is the location.

This resort has everything one could possibly need while on vacation. The rooms are great, especially the Toto in the restroom. The location can't be beat, as it's right across the street from the beach. And the staff is amazing! My son took the ukulele class one morning, but we missed the lei making due to our packed schedule. We can't wait to go back!

We have been coming to Waikiki for decades, we love it. Currently we are staying at the Hyatt Regency, our favorite. We want to point out the wonderful hospitality of the staff, especially Grace at the front desk who has been very helpful to us. Our room is great with a terrific view, perfect location too, no need for rental car.
