Amazing View of the ocean

Room 1911 is a perfect Room to view the ocean and hear the sounds, the Room is big enough and just knowing the waves you could hear from that high up made the stay incredible

I usually stay at a hotel in the Hyatt chain and this was a let down. The two positive things are that the check in person was very pleasant and the location is great, the beach is right across the street. Other than that, the rooms were extremely outdated and we could hear everything that was going on in the rooms next door and above us. I think I maybe got three hours of sleep because of the noise. The hotel felt like a two star hotel and was not worth the price (for a one night stay, it cost us $500). I would stay at another hotel on the strip.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned when we checked in. The pool is nasty. The rooms are 2* at best in the mainland. I would NOT recommend staying here!!!

Helpful when something went wrong the service was fantastic and the restaurants we use in the hotel were great and staff were friendly.
