We booked a suite in July facing Diamond Head which normally includes access to the lounge. But we were never told there would be construction during our stay. And the construction is everywhere. No lounge, no gym, no laundry, no Sunrise Shack. I really appreciate the massive upgrade to the hotel. It’s certainly long overdue. But I’m not sure it should be open during this much construction and certainly I should not have been charged full price for the Diamond Head suite w/o access to all of the other facilities that would normally be available. I received some pleasant apologies from the front desk but nothing else. If I were you, I would not stay here right now.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Loved having the pool so close to the beach so could mix up our days. Always managed to get a bed by the pool in the afternoons when coming from the beach. We were in a newly renovated partial sea view room and it did not disappoint at all. Renovations were being undertaken within the hotel which we knew of in advance but this did not disrupt us at all. All the staff were very helpful including the valet staff helping us get a taxi to the airport in the midst of storm Lala. Overall a wonderful stay and would stay here again if im lucky enough to return to hawaii in the future. The complimentary beach bag and water bottles were a great touch too.

We stayed at outrigger Waikiki. We were in the newly remodeled portion. The beds and pillows were fabulous. The partial ocean was beautiful. We were walking distance from food and shopping. Or stay at the hotel to eat Dukes or Hula Grill both are delicious.

Despite staying here through the hotel's renovation, we had a great stay cation! Beautiful city and ocean views from our balcony and great service!

A Wonderful Experience, The entire staff went Above & Beyond in making our stay a Wonderful & Relaxing experience, the staff were so accommodating and welcoming and met all our accommodating needs with professional & friendly excellent service. BEST Experience i have ever had at a resort, will make this our permanent resort in our future visits to Oahu.
