Nice hotel in a great location close to the beach and a lot of restaurants/shops. Overall great service from the staff, particularly Sai Zhaun from housekeeping. She made sure our room was cleaned well and was well stocked every time. Thank you!

Some things should never change but then they do. Prices have skyrocketed for their rooms and the inside hotel restaurant prices are now INSANE! The daily resort fee is INSANE too. Just wow and how sad. We have come here for 25 years but now likely can't keep coming because rates are going evsn higher next year! They are remodeling too which will likely ruin the currently amazing pool and completely change the old school special vibe here. I am just sad. Soon this will only be for the mega rich. the middle class will not be staying here ??

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a perfect spot. On the beach, near shopping and many places to eat. Staff was kind and helpful. The hotel itself had delicious restaurants and several stores for souvenirs, food stuffs or OTC meds. We had what was called a partial beach view, but honestly it was gorgeous!

Beautiful Hotel with Outstanding Service and Views, but Room Needs Attention Upon walking into the lobby, the hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the service during check-in was nothing short of 10 stars. The staff has been attentive and welcoming throughout our stay, which we truly appreciate. Our room offers an amazing, gorgeous view — easily the highlight of the experience. However, the room itself feels dated and very used. Unfortunately, the bed linens appeared either dirty or stained. I’m hoping they are just stains, as we did not request fresh linens upon arrival, but it was still concerning. The bathroom was another disappointment. The lighting is extremely poor, making it nearly impossible to do makeup, which is especially frustrating as this is a work trip and we are meeting with attorneys. There is a makeup mirror provided, but it is broken — it will not stay up and the light does not function properly. On a positive note, I loved the thoughtful touch of providing us with our own stainless steel water bottles and a beautiful reusable bag for our stay. That was a very nice and eco-friendly gesture. Despite the issues with the room, the combination of the stunning view and exceptional service would make me consider returning — but I would hope to see improvements in room maintenance and cleanliness
