Blood on the sheets, broken items throughout the room. We had to buy our own sheets, pillow cases. Dirty, filthy pull outs covered in crumbs. Both refrigerators left sitting in the room as you see in the pictures. We had to ice our food and medications in our damn sink. Horrible service, zero help or response. I posted the rest of message a week ago while we were still in the hotel trying to save our vacation. This is 2-3 star room with a 4 star view. I want a call from management. You have my number on the 10 times I went politely to front desk. If there is a member of management or leadership please reach me with my phone number on file. I’m currently staying in the hotel and need help with a problem Over and over and over we can’t get someone to handle the problem correctly. I need a call. I hate going on the review page but I need someone to reach us.

Beautiful resort! Great views, great adult and family friendly pools. Really close to where the boats for Manta Rays are. Will be staying again!

Location is great BUT that it is the only positive. Rooms - tired, outdated. In urgent need of modernisation for the price Value - LOW! Food - breakfast is awful. Very unhealthy White bread / deep fried with a sprinkling of fruit . Service - unfriendly / unwelcoming on reception. Lovely staff in the Club Lounge. Noise level - high Sleeping - pillows uncomfortable, double beds small

Outrigger Beach Resort stay was awesome Great location, restaurants and stores at the property and very friendly, professional and happy staff. Nice and clean beach steps from the building. Dukes restaurant is a big plus, for food and relaxation Pleasant and cozy environment. We stayed on 14th floor corner apartment. Ocean view. Couldn’t be better

We had Ocean Front room which makes it a very special experience with the fantastic view everyday and the Music at Dukes every evening and Henry Kapono on Sunday after noon. We had Judy for housekeeping and she was the best ever. Remembered us by name everyday and was very sweet and efficient.
