Experience was wonderful, the whole setting and atmosphere was amazing and everything being so close by the beach, pool, restaurants, and stores was very convenient. The room was very clean and the house keeper Bonie was very sweet and so helpful. Unfortunately we had some loud neighbors, who were slamming doors and yelling. I contacted room service and they immediately helped and sent out security to resolve the issue which was also great. Other then that we had a great stay.

Our stay at Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort was excellent from check-in to departure. As frequent travelers, we appreciate great service and a well-maintained property, and this hotel delivered on both. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The valet team provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities, which helped make our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well cared for. We also chose the Club Level option, which was well worth it. The breakfast each morning and evening appetizers were both excellent and added great value to our stay. My only minor criticism is that the pool area loses direct sunlight around 3:30 p.m., but this was a very small inconvenience compared to everything the hotel did well. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, cleanliness, Club Level amenities, and a fantastic Waikiki location made this a wonderful stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Oahu.

From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, our stay was exceptional. The hotel itself was beautiful, but what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding level of hospitality and care we received. A special thank you to the management team for creating such a welcoming and personalized experience. This occasion was for our 3rd anniversary as a couple. It is rare to encounter someone who takes such genuine pride in ensuring guests feel valued, comfortable, and appreciated. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, and we were consistently impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and attention to guest satisfaction throughout our stay. Because of the service we received, this wasn’t just a hotel stay—it became a memorable experience that we will be talking about for years to come. The leadership and dedication demonstrated by the management team are exactly what hospitality should look like, and I hope their efforts are recognized by the hotel. We look forward to returning in the future. Exceptional leaders are hard to find, and the manager, her name was Joy Ravina ( I had to make sure I knew her name before we left) who helped make our stay so memorable is a tremendous asset to this property. We will for sure come back again soon !
