Stayed in an ocean view 1 br suite on 15th floor with 3 lanais. Our house keeper Mai was wonderful. She anticipated our needs for extra coffee and towels. All service was excellent

Mary who took care of our room was beyond friendly. The cultural center staff was also delightful. Weather could have been better but would definitely come back

Beautiful resort. Kani Ka Pila Grille, great food and cocktails. Rory and Billy were wonderful servers. Very personable and very helpful in offering recommendations. Room services was top notch, Employees so friendly and helpful. Plenty of shops...

Room was nice. We were on the 9th floor. Location is great! The atmosphere was good. Been here 4 times. The quality of the food for breakfast and pupus has gone down from previous years but it's probably a sign of the times. Housekeeping was wonderful. Eileen was awesome. Noise level was low.

What a great experience!!! After living in Hawaii for 14 years, I have always pushed people to NOT stay in Waikiki, just visit Kanikapila and stay elsewhere on Oahu. My mind has changed because of Outrigger Reef Waikiki!!! The other, 10 people we brought with us felt the same!!!! From Kawika at the bell stand to Jenny cleaning our room, the hospitality displayed was so personal and professional!! The addition of Monkeypod and escalating the Kanikapila menu has put ORW at the top of my list for Oahu!!! Keep pushing forward!! Much Aloha!!!
