The suite is good but in need of repairs. During our short stay here the following items broke: 1) shower head 2) towel ring 3) bedroom curtain Tiles in living room were already broken. Maintenance is provided only during daytime so in some cases like the broken shower, the front desk had to assign a different room for shower. That being said the suite was otherwise good. The washer dryer was new and worked well with a full load of clothes. Kitchen appliances worked well. The ocean facing view was amazing. One downside was that the suite we got was the furthest from the elevators so it was a lot of work if we had to make multiple trips to the car. Especially there is no room service or housekeeping in the nights so it may involve a lot of trips to the front desk for stuff. There is no restaurant onsite so that is some travel if you want to get some breakfast outside. With Lahaina still being rebuilt, we needed to go further away to Kihei for some activities or food.

We booked a 2bth Premium Oceanview unit. I was told by Karen when I booked with her by phone that the Premium units were updated with newer furnishings and appliances. The unit was old, dusty and had bugs on the kitchen counters and on the sofa, bedding and pillows. The cookware and eating utensils were old and badly used. Housekeeping said they were Sugar Ants and it was because we had food/sweets in the unit. The units have a full kitchen. NO SLEEP the first night in unit 805 because of the bugs crawling over my body while I tried to Sleep. It was our birthday getaway. Ruined..

Overall we enjoyed our stay. AC was not working our whole entire stay all through out the building but ocean breeze was cool enough so there was no issue. Staff could be a little more welcoming but otherwise the location was excellent and the view from our condo was amazing

We booked a premium 1bedroom - 1 bath condo and got a room on the 4th floor (room 408). This room was completely outdated, bad carpets, old furniture and the ocean was blocked by trees. We asked for another room and they didn’t have any, we ended upgrading to a two bedroom condo for additional $$. The 2 bedroom place was absolutely amazing (room 1209). The condo is updated and the view is absolutely stunning.

Building sits directly on the beach, about 30 feet of light sand trailing into coral reef. Absolutely breathtaking views from our corner unit on the fourth floor. Rainbows every day! Able to frequently watch big sea turtles in the reef facing complex as well and whales and dolphins in the distance. Entire place very clean and tidy upon arrival. Tile and hardwood floors throughout. Modern kitchen and appliances. Solid, heavy, and secure front door with coded lock. Friendly and helpful staff available 24 hours. Nice tennis court. Heated swimming pool and hot tub facing ocean. Building located across street from grocery store plaza with various gourmet Food trucks stationed in lot in between, open at lunchtime, and then again in the evening. 10/10 for vacation ease and accessibility.
