Extremely Disappointing Stay

We have stayed here a couple of times in the past, but this visit was extremely disappointing. The staff was unfriendly, and we didn’t get the room we booked. There was no help offered to move our luggage to the upstairs room, and there’s no elevator. The room had numerous issues: broken curtain shades, a non-functional bathroom knob, and missing basic amenities like hand soap and lotion.

It was a great stay. The property is nice and cozy and well located. The pool, beach and cafe next to the beach is just ideal. Kannapalli beach is beautiful. I enjoyed the complimentary morning coffee and walk on the beach in the mornings. It was amazing experience. Front desk is very prompt and courteous. They respond to any room service request very quick. The room i got might need some upgrades like good TV and streaming services. Kitchen had roaches which was irritating. Concierge service: you should blindly rely on it. Their tour prices(10-20%) are higher than online prices. The lady at the desk gets mad at you when you try to compare the prices which feels very bad. Overall very good stay.
