Great place to stay. Uber ride to just about anywhere not at peak times were around $15. Keep in mind uber drop off is not in the same place as uber pick up. Make a reservation for dinner there at the top of the world. Experience 10/10. Room was clean, staff was nice. People were loud in the halls but it’s Vegas. You aren’t there for a peaceful vacation. Go ask if you can join them for the evening.

Soley reviewing the observation deck as we were there for a private event. I was glad it was a private event as the Strat hotel seems to be in need of some upkeeping as parts seems to be worn out. The views from the observation deck were awesome. You can see for miles. There are plenty of rides that you can pay for, although the roller coaster seems to have been out of service for a while talking to some of the hostesses. The upkeep in the observation deck was better than that of the common areas of the hotel and the casino. Not sure if I'd pay to go to the observation deck but the view is spectatular!

I had to the most amazing experience with the Shea at the front desk. He was so accommodating & Professional He went above and beyond to find me a mayonaise packet. I cant wait to visit this hotel again

We never received clean towels in the four days we were there, even after I asked for them. They also charged us an extra $35 per night to have a room with a coffee maker then never actually provided more coffee for it after the first day so we still had to purchase our own coffee.

They do not care about you or how your stay is. Absolutely awful experience for their "beloved locals." They booked one room for us but didnt bother to mention it is in their old rooms. Before we get to the front desk we encounter what we thought was the front desk only to realize it's some time share BS. Finally get to the front desk and they tell us we have a room in the old rooms and pushed us to upgrade for a nicer room at a $50 charge. So we did. Now we're in the room and what's the view? The hvac system - couldn't see over the wall and a giant light shining into our room. And to top it off, we're right in front of the elevators so people coming and going constantly. The customer service has been absolutely awful with the exception of the operator (Yes, the in-house phone operator). We called multiple times to the front desk and kept getting hung up on. When we checked out we tried to speak about the room issues and they said, "why didnt you come back and ask us to reverse the charge?" We did. We tried multiple times and the supervisor was absolutely the ruddest. We will not return and don't recommend you try it out either. I would LOVE to add photos do you can see what an upgrade is, but cant seem to find an option for that. I will say, The Top of The World was the only saving grace for the Strat. It was a different experience from the hotel altogether. Our server & steaks were perfect. Come for the restaurant and nothing more.
