Desk personnel are extremely rude and unhelpful. Arrived early in the morning. Had a tour booked leaving from the hotel. The front desk wouldn’t allow us to drop our bags. They said “the bell hop stand is union and they didn’t want to deal with the paperwork.” Left us in a big issue with bags and a pending tour. We’ve traveled all over the world and thats never been an issue. The lazy person at the desk just didn’t want to deal with us. He was rude, unhelpful and all around miserable to deal with. There were no one else waiting in the lobby. So many other options in Vegas - this place has a subpar location and horrible customer service. Just don’t do it.

Four nights and amazing flight price on red tag. Staff amazing. Location is fine. The Deuce bus is best way to go up & down the strip. My only complaint is resort fees at $49.00 USD per day and one of two pools closed all of June. McDonald's is a plus. Walgreens across the street. Avoid Circle K.

Great place to stay. Uber ride to just about anywhere not at peak times were around $15. Keep in mind uber drop off is not in the same place as uber pick up. Make a reservation for dinner there at the top of the world. Experience 10/10. Room was clean, staff was nice. People were loud in the halls but it’s Vegas. You aren’t there for a peaceful vacation. Go ask if you can join them for the evening.

Soley reviewing the observation deck as we were there for a private event. I was glad it was a private event as the Strat hotel seems to be in need of some upkeeping as parts seems to be worn out. The views from the observation deck were awesome. You can see for miles. There are plenty of rides that you can pay for, although the roller coaster seems to have been out of service for a while talking to some of the hostesses. The upkeep in the observation deck was better than that of the common areas of the hotel and the casino. Not sure if I'd pay to go to the observation deck but the view is spectatular!

I had to the most amazing experience with the Shea at the front desk. He was so accommodating & Professional He went above and beyond to find me a mayonaise packet. I cant wait to visit this hotel again
