Stayed in the Gold Tower Deluxe room, paid extra to be closer to Fremont street and it said rooms had been renovated! Wrong, the room was dark, looked old and dirty. Here is a picture of the tub in the bathroom! I thought this was dirty but this was stained as I tried to clean! Quick shower and out of there and also kept my slippers on as carpet also looked dirty. Casino looks good and pool looks nice but won’t ever stay there again!

I love the Golden Nugget and for the last four years i have chosen to stay there. the only issue i had was they would not accept my Amazon package delivery. I have had stuff delivered to the GN in the past, but this time they just refused. I did instantcart ...same thing...thankfully the delivery person called my cell and i was able to go meet her and get my package. I don't understand why i couldn't get a simple package left at the desk?

Worst hotel stay of my life! After a day out, we returned to our room to find the door open and numerous items stolen. We also noticed that the room had been cleaned so we know that it was either the housekeeping staff who stole the items, or the staff left the room open for someone else to steal the items. The security staff was not that helpful and could only give us some basic information. And then to make things worse, on our last day there, the room had no water. And the hotel did not notify guests or give any information as to why the water was shut off.

If I could give them a no star review, I would. We stayed 2 nights. No actual humans at the check in counter. We needed a rollaway bed and called for it to be brought up and were told we didn't order one so they weren't sending one. The bath and sink didn't drain well and they weren't going to do anything about that either. Housekeeping delivered towels and emptied the trash can ONLY. They didn't change bedding. All in all very poor Customer Service!!!
