Was amazing ?? we were treated so well at the Claim Jumper by Keith ACM. Had our first meal as a married couple here and it was really memorable. So happy to start our adventure together with a meal here!

Hellish

DA M (Cherry Hill, New Jersey) on Apr 11, 2026

The resort is huge. Sadly, the pool is only open until 6:00 pm. You're unable to sit outside in the evening. Our room was a Parlor Suite with nothing that worked! We couldn't put our bedroom shades down after repeated work orders placed five times!Getting our room serviced happened once in our 6 day stay. The room overlooked Fremont Street so between constant lights and noise,it was hellish. Incredibly smokey no matter where in the resort.

No Accountability, No Communication, No Resolution

GBJJ77 (Baltimore, Maryland) on Apr 05, 2026

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this situation deserves to be documented. During my stay at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas, multiple personal items (including several luxury wallets) went missing from my room after housekeeping serviced it. I had been moved from Room 1108 to Suite 1538, and I have photo evidence confirming the items were present in the new room after the transfer. After housekeeping entered, my belongings had been moved and the wallets were gone. I immediately reported this to hotel security and completed a formal report. Since then, I have made over 20 follow-up attempts through security, management, lost and found, and even the executive office. Despite all of this, I have received no communication or meaningful follow-up. At this point, the most concerning issue is not just the loss itself, but the complete lack of accountability and response. Guests should not have to chase a hotel this extensively just to get basic follow-up on a serious incident. If you choose to stay here, I strongly recommend keeping valuables secured and not relying on the hotel to take ownership if something goes wrong.
