Part 1 – Mid-Stay Review I rarely write reviews unless the service is truly exceptional, and I’m not even done with my stay yet. I wanted to recognize Caesar Trevino, the Pool Concierge , for going above and beyond. He has been incredibly friendly, kind, respectful, and attentive, and his level of customer service has truly stood out. This is J. Newsome from Room 506, and I’ll be back with my final review at the end of our stay. Caesar deserved to be recognized now.

Perfection. Spent a week here on my honeymoon and have been thinking about it ever since! The is the best AI that I have ever been to. Food was 10/10 (a year later and we are still thinking about some of our meals) room was perfect and spotless. Staff was exceptional - every single one. Pool is perfection. This is definitely a low-key resort and that was exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat!

4th visit, excellent service, hotel is like new, grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, restaurants are exceptional, Velas10 best steak in Cabo. Management and staff are 24 / 7 and ready for your every need.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at the Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos this past June, and we could not have made a better choice of all-inclusive experience. The resort is absolutely beautiful, but what truly made our stay so special was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member we interacted with made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We highly recommend taking advantage of all the dining the Grand Velas Boutique Hotel, and the Grand Velas (main resort next door) have to offer! The transportation services that will take you from the boutique hotel to the main resort are quick and easy to use. We also recommend taking one of the classes they offer! We participated in the Mexican Spirits Tasting class and had a great time. Learned a lot and loved our experience. We also took advantage of the nicely equipped gym, spa, and pool facilities. We stayed a whole week, and it was a dream the whole time. Perhaps one of the highlights was the Bella Bliss yacht, which provided a gorgeous 2-hour trip down the coastline along Los Cabos. We would love to say a special thanks to Omar, for always starting our mornings with friendly, attentive breakfast service; Alfonso, for his wonderful late-night room service; Jesus and Christian for taking such great care of us by the pool; Edgar, whose amazing cocktails and warm personality at the Main Grand Velas resort made every visit memorable; Gaby, and the team at the spa for creating such a relaxing experience; Miguel, in the tasting room for sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm; and last but not least, Gaby Urtiz, our concierge, for making everything seamless throughout our stay. There are so many more to name, and we’re grateful to all the drivers, waiters, cooks, and hotel staff we interacted with. Truly, a BIG thank you to everyone for making our honeymoon so memorable. This trip is one we'll always remember. We can't wait to come back! Maybe next time with some friends and family! 10/10! 5 stars!
