Our stay at Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service set a new standard—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful in every detail. The all-inclusive experience here is on another level. Every meal felt curated, with outstanding quality, creativity, and presentation. The hotel itself is beautifully designed: modern, elegant, and impeccably clean. There’s a sense of calm and happiness throughout the property that makes it incredibly easy to unwind. One of the biggest advantages is access to the neighboring Grand Velas resort. Being able to enjoy additional restaurants, pools, and the spa expands the experience even further, while still returning to the more intimate, peaceful atmosphere of the boutique hotel. And the views… absolutely spectacular.

This resort is in a class of its own. The excellence of the services received is incomparable. The professionalism and efficiency of all the staff are impeccable. Grand Velas is simply synonymous with excellence.

We had a fantastic experience. The service is excellent. The best I have ever experienced. The people are so wonderful and truly take pride in what they do from pool staff to concierge to waiter to chef to spa attendants everyone is professional and so friendly. You feel like you are home! Highly recommend it! This was our 4th visit to the Velas resorts and we will keep coming back with friends and family!

I’ve stayed at several Grand Velas properties, two multiple times. The Boutique hotel in Cabo is my new favorite resort. It is quiet and small, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff was amazing as well. Our concierge Gaby Urtiz was wonderful, making our retirement and birthday trip extremely memorable. And the food was delicious. We hope to return soon.

This was our second time back at Grand Velas boutique. It continues to impress us. From the moment we checked in, to meeting our concierge Gaby again, to the service poolside and the numerous restaurants available just a short walk away we were wowed. Gaby was available daily, checking in or stopping by to see how our trip was going. That level of service is unique and a welcome reminder of true hospitality.
