Amazing resort. So relaxing and not crowded. Victor and Kevin at the bar and Brandon our concierge were all amazing! We had the best girls trip!!! The food was amazing. Omar took great care of us at dinner. Love the fact it’s a smaller resort but still the best service and food. Would love to go back.

My wife and I visited GVB for 4 nights. The rooms and grounds were great, but the service stood out above everything. Brandon was great with helping out with reservations and recommendations of activities. Erma and Martha, Jesus, Daniel, Miquel. Everyone was friendly and wanting to go above and beyond.

If you are looking for a luxury quiet resort with top service I recommend Grand Velas Boutique. Our concierge, Brandon did an incredible job to make sure that everything we needed was taken care of. Martha at the pool service was just as high. We have stayed in many luxury resorts in this tops them all. Even above the Four Seasons. When staying at the Grand Velas you also have full access to the sister property next-door and all of the amenities and restaurants. The food was beyond amazing and actually created by chefs. Definitely not a typical all inclusive resort.

Stayed here recently and had an outstanding experience. The property is spotless, quiet, and feels genuinely upscale without being overdone. Service was excellent throughout. Brandon, our concierge, was a standout—responsive, organized, and made sure every detail was handled. Bryan, our bellhop, was efficient and professional, making arrivals and departures completely seamless. Both played a big part in making the trip smooth and stress-free. Would absolutely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Velas Boutique—truly a luxurious and relaxing experience from start to finish. The resort is stunning, the service exceptional, and every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The food was amazing; every restaurant offered top-quality, delicious dishes.
