We had a phenomenal experience during our four nights. All staff members were extremely attentive and made us feel completely at home – we’d extend a special thanks to Jair and Gustavo for organizing a wonderful itinerary for us and ensuring we had everything we needed. We would recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing, relaxing stay in Los Cabos!

Recently stayed 5 nights at the Grand Velas Boutique resort. It is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were very spacious with stunning views. The management and staff at the resort were terrific - very gracious and willing to do whatever it took to make our stay enjoyable. A real plus was being able to enjoy the facilities at the main resort, which is a 3-minute walk down the street. If you do not want to walk, you can hop on a golf cart driven by the hotel staff. Lastly, the food at both facilities was superb. We tried 5 different restaurants for dinner and all were great. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

There are not enough adjectives to describe how amazing this place is. From the service to the food (and omgggg THE FOOD!), you will want for nothing at this place. The spa was next level, the meals were mind blowing, and the whole vibe is exactly what you want when traveling without kids. Heaven! Can’t wait to come baxk. Special thanks to Cesar at the pool, Jorge and Miguel also at the pool, Gabriella and the spa, and Leopoldo at Loto - you all went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip so special and memorable.

When I was looking for a place to celebrate my birthday, my ultimate goal was simple: to relax, unwind, enjoy an amazing spa experience, and eat great food with a beautiful view. Grand Velas Boutique gave me all of that and so much more. From the very beginning, the experience felt incredibly intentional. Even before our trip, the pre-arrival emails were thoughtful and detailed, making sure everything was arranged and taken care of before we even arrived. Our experience started the moment we landed. The airport pickup was seamless, and we truly didn’t have to lift a finger. Even the check-in process was unlike any other hotel experience I’ve had. Instead of waiting at a traditional front desk, we were seated at one of their restaurants and welcomed with a delicious welcome drink. It was such a lovely way to begin our stay. Our room was always beautifully maintained and stocked with thoughtful in-room amenities, and the nightly turndown service was an especially nice touch. You could tell that attention to detail was a priority throughout the entire property. And the food was AMAZING. Every restaurant we tried was excellent, but the highlight was definitely my birthday dinner at Cocina de Autor. It was such a memorable dining experience and the perfect way to celebrate. We also booked a sports massage at the spa, and I have to say—this was the best spa experience I’ve ever had. Everything was so relaxing and beautifully done. If you’re staying at Grand Velas, I highly recommend making time for the spa. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. A very special thank you to our personal concierge, Viviana. You have an amazing team! Thank you for taking such great care of us, making sure everything was in order, and helping make my birthday celebration so special. We truly felt cared for from beginning to end. Grand Velas Boutique gave me exactly the birthday I was hoping for: relaxing, indulgent, peaceful, and unforgettable.
