My husband and I LOVED LOVED LOVED Grand Velas Boutique Hotel Los Cabos. From the moment we arrived, we felt taken cared of - the staff was super attentive, gave us champagne while we waited for the staff to provide our checkin papers and keys. I have the Sapphire Reserve card, which allowed us to a free upgrade and a welcome gift in our room when we arrived (Tequila and delicious fruit basket). The room already had the AC running so it was comfortable the second we walked in. They have a dyson hair dryer in the bathroom (fancy) and a good makeup desk area for us women (or men) to get ready. THE FOOD....OMG....NO COMPLAINTS! You are getting what you pay for. If we didn't like a meal, it wasn't b/c it was bad, it was b/c of our own tastebuds, but literally everything is delicious. Octopus, sushi, steak....and if you did have a concern, they were quick to address it. The service here 'anticipates' your needs...its as if they want to avoid you having to ask them for anything to make your stay comfortable, you should already and always be comfortable. During morning buffet, when I accidentally got my sleeve wet reaching over for fruit, one of the staff already was walking towards me and asked me if they could take my cover top and rinse it, b/c they saw my mishap happen. I was like, "Oh wow, yes pls. thank you so much, Alma!" Our hotel Conceirges and Pool Conceirges...they were great. even answering my random questions on where I could find xyz. And the shuttle going back and forth between the main resort and adults only...such a seamless process...never felt like you were waiting in a crazy line or anything. Maybe because we went during an off-season the place wasn't crowded...but that is what made it even better. We did not feel like we were part of a crazy crowd, we felt at total peace and were treated so good. Regarding cleanliness....practically spotless. Never did I walk anywhere on the property at any time and think, "when was the last time this area was cleaned?" And because it was an adults only, the noise level was not even an issue. I cannot say enough how much we loved our stay. Trying to go back again before the end of the year if time permits. Can't wait to return!

The resort is breathtaking. The service was more than we could ask for. We can not wait to come back!

The Grand Velas Boutique was fabulous. The hotel is beautiful, the food is out of this world and the staff is awesome. Especially Gaby. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my husband. You made his birthday trip an awesome experience.

Five star all the way! From the moment you arrive until you leave, you are bringing pampered and taken care of. The attention to details, the quality of the bedding, the food, drinks and most of all the hospitality shown by every single staff member you come in contact with. Bravo, Bravo, Bravisimo!!!

Let me start by saying that this was one of the best stays I’ve have in recent memory. The staff was very friendly and accommodating ie I wanted a dish of the menu and the made it happen for me. If you value high customer service and Cleanliness this should be your go to. I also want to personally Thank Omar. C and Monica.C for unforgettable experience at this resort. You guys out did yourself.
