We just got back from a 7 night stay at Grand Velas Boutique, and it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff was exceptional. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. A special thank you to our concierge, Berenice, who was always on top of everything and so personable throughout our stay. Miguel made sure we always had plenty of shade by the pool, which we really appreciated, and Juan at Bar 51 always had us laughing while providing fantastic service. The food was the best we've ever had at an all inclusive resort. Every meal was outstanding, but our favorites were Velas 10, where we went twice to share the tomahawk, and Cocina de Autor, which was such a unique and memorable dining experience. We had an amazing trip and can't recommend this resort enough. We'll definitely be back!

Just got back from an incredible stay at Grand Velas Boutique and can't say enough good things. From the moment we arrived, our concierge Viviana took amazing care of us, making sure every detail of our trip was perfect. Poolside service was outstanding thanks to Christian and Jorge, who were attentive, friendly, and always had a smile. The food throughout the resort was fantastic, every meal felt like a treat, and the drinks were equally delicious. Housekeeping was excellent, our room was spotless every single day. We even managed to fit in a workout and loved the gym, it was well equipped and a great way to start the day. Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming, which made the whole trip feel even more special. We're already looking forward to going back!

Amazing hotel and staff! Everything was amazing from arrival to departure! We even went fishing during our stay and the hotel allowed us to bring back our filets and their amazing chef made different lunches multiple days for us! Would highly recommend this hotel for a couples get away! We will be back!

Our stay at Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos was truly amazing. This resort is top of the top. From the moment you arrive, you feel like royalty. The property is beautiful, quiet, relaxing, and offers a much more personalized level of attention. Every detail feels carefully thought out, and the service is exceptional. Our suite was absolutely beautiful and super spacious. We had our own pool and fire pit, which made the experience even more special. We had such a lovely and relaxing time enjoying the space. Our concierge, Gabriela Urtiz was absolutely wonderful. She was always on top of everything, very attentive, and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The restaurants were excellent, especially Cocina de Autor, La Roca, and Del Mar. A special thank you to Jesus, Omar, Irma, Elsa and Daniel truly the best servers. Cristian at the pool was also amazing. He was super energetic, attentive, and anticipated everything we needed before we even asked. The spa was incredible as well , true 5-star service and attention. Kevin and Leslie deserve special recognition for making the experience so relaxing and memorable. Overall, Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful, peaceful, luxurious place with outstanding service. We can’t wait to come back.
