Great Experience! Food was better than anticipated. Chef Christian Reyes at Peninsula restaurant cooked up our freshly caught Mahi Mahi, shared authentic pina colada and even had a Caviar sample! Amazing experience! We would highly recommend Pacifica!

We just had our Wedding here and it was so perfect. Sandra was our coordinator/planner and she made everything absolutely perfect. She had great communication, made everything go smoothly and the wedding day turned out better than we ever could have imagined! Between her, the staff, the salon, and just the resort as a whole, everything was so nice. I could not recommend this resort enough! We will definitely be back! ??

One of the worst experiences in Cabo, but I will start with the positives. The food is delicious, especially the Asian restaurant Pescado. Absolutely delicious. Alexis, the server at Siempre, was attentive and also made us feel welcome. The key bracelet was nice. We used it for our rooms and all inclusive meals. Room #1332 air conditioner was cool and perfect. Why I gave it a one star. Check-in and Out: The check-in service was a long wait. I didn't feel seen or welcomed. It was only one person checking in a large group of people. She did not give us any information about the hotel. She checked our passports, took my credit card, gave us a band, and sent us on our way. Zero personality or friendliness. The check-out process was horrible. They never told us we would end up with a big bill for government and optional taxes. The Resort: It is dated in the worst way. The room, bedding, furniture, and bathroom were small, with one sink and no room for storage. Towels were hard and stained. The Deluxe Ocean View Room on the 3rd floor was not deluxe. The air conditioner was cold but made loud noises all night. Waiting for a shuttle to other properties took a long time. Pool and Entertainment: The pool and pool bar area are filthy and need cleaning. The water was warm and felt like bath water. The jacuzzi and pool looked green. I couldn't tell if it was the actual color or from lack of cleaning. I never saw anyone cleaning it, not once. The glasses at the pool bar are dated and they are all filthy. The chairs' cushion white covers are not washed daily. They basically reverse and rotate them from front to back each day. Disgusting. Activities were non-existent. The activities attendant stood in the Activity Center room the majority of the time. I didn’t see him really interact with the guests. He put up the nets for volleyball and my son had to gather the crowd together. Food and Drinks: The food was the best part and saved this hotel. Only eat at the restaurants that come with the All Inclusive. Do not pay extra for the Grill Beach Experience or The Steak House Experience. Both were mediocre at best. Pescado Asian food was my favorite of all of them. The alcohol was bottom level of everything. Cheap liquor to get you blacked out. The wine was so bad I went to the wine store and bought my own wine. In summary, this resort is marketed as a luxury resort, but it is far from it. I had high expectations because of its location but was disappointed from the moment I arrived. It was old, smelled, and is dated. The crowd at this resort was very “Walmart and Kid Rock,” if you get my drift. If you love that, then you would enjoy this resort. San Jose resorts are much newer and a better experience.

The best part of the stay was all of the service we received! Rodrigo, Itamar and Gonzalo were the kindest, most attentive, staff and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our 3 days here. Every single room is facing the beautiful ocean, food is awesome, lots of fire pits and bar space to relax. Shuttles to different hotels are useful as well in case you want to try different food or take a hilly walk at the Sunset hotel, or go to swim in the ocean at Blanco or Rose. Overall a fantastic stay!
