We stayed in The Towers with exclusive beachfront fine dining, private terraces and 24 hour butler services, state of the art fitness center overlooking the incredible private beach/ocean views. The service was impeccable and we really enjoyed the spa. The beach cabanas also provided us with the most relaxing, attentive service. This was an excellent birthday surprise and I can't say enough about our wonderful experience.

Food is incredible here. Staff is so nice. Oscar was so good to us at our first dinner and lunch. Dulce and Gabriel were also a huge help it getting everything set up for us and making sure we had a great time!

The overall experience was 8/10. The Pueblo Bonite Pacifica resort has taken a step back since the last time we were here in January 2023. In reference to the quality of food and service at Siempre, Oscar Castillo however was exceptional a 20/10. His customer service and hospitality was second to none. He was very intentional and made us feel like we were his main priority, something you rarely see at an all inclusive. Thank you Oscar.

Morning yoga with Christian was the perfect start to a beautiful day! He is so understanding and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
