This is the 3rd year we've stayed at Pacifica, always right after the Christmas holiday. It was an exceptional stay and that this the reason we always come back. We chose to stay in the Towers and had butler service. Our butler, Leo, was the best we've ever experienced. He helped us get reservations a week ahead of our arrival. He booked NYE at the Quivera Steakhouse for four of us. In addition, it was quite busy at the resort and he was able to get us reservations for dinner each night. My husband had a mishap on the golf course with a cactus and he had needles stuck deep into his hand. Leo helped us get the Dr on staff (at Sunset Beach) to come to our room the next day to help extract the needles. Leo worked past his quitting time to get that set up for us. Leo was compassionate, kind, and always had a smile. He felt like a friend. Beto helped us wrap up our visit and we appreciated his time. Rene at the pool was exceptional each day. He was quick to ask us what we would like and often times brought a drink without us asking . . . he anticipated our needs like a true professional! I had a massage during our visit and the therapist was Iralda. It was the best massage I've had in Cabo and we've been going here for 5+ years. I would highly recommend asking for Iralda! As always, the food was incredible in each of the restaurants and the service was stellar. We loved the VIP lounge and its drinks and food. We will always return here and we will always recommend Pacifica to anyone we meet. Thanks for an incredibly relaxing vacation!

This was our third time here. And this by far was the worst. I have never in my life seen more cockroaches in the rooms, stairs, hallways, bars, etc. I have been to a lot of 5??resorts here and never seen such a gross display. We also had a butler or should I say 3, who left and another one arrive. Gabriel tho was the best one so get him if you go. Also, look, I know people reserve chairs at the ass crack of dawn but there are signs that say you have one hour or it’s all being removed. That’s doesn’t happen. Martin at the pool is great btw. He works his ass off. This hotel needs to serious renovations as well. Furniture is old. Channels on the tv are not ideal. Food was sub par. Finally-golf. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get tee times even if you book early. I’m so sorry to write this bc we loved this place before but we will be staying elsewhere going forward.

Just returned from a Christmas stay and it was excellent! Yes the price tag is high but you do get what you pay for. 24hr room service was very convenient. Visited the market and it was really busy so watch what time you go, Sunset resort is huge compared to the tranquility of the Pacifica. Only draw back might have been the hallway cleanliness- dishes left out & debris, also towel service at the pool was spotty at times. Very exclusive location, passing through three security checks. You can see whales & cruise ships right from the pool. Husband enjoyed the golf next door. Hope to go back!

Another amazing Christmas in Cabo with the family????????! Thank you Leo and Beto for being the best butlers and for always making our trips to Cabo amazing!! The staff at Pacifica are exceptional! The food, drinks, and views are spectacular! This is our fifth trip back to The Pacifica by Pueblo Bonito and can’t wait to come back! Armando is the best sommelier ever! His tequila and wine pairing experiences never disappoint- they are fun and delicious!! Oscar at The Peninsula bar and Chookie at Quivera create the most amazing cocktails! Rafael, Luis, Zai, Martin and Eduardo at the pool bar take great care of us and Manuel creates the most fun activities! Luis is a fabulous bellman and takes great care of our luggage! Yoanna and Isaais deliver fantastic service in the VIP lounge too!! Thank you to all the wonderful staff!! We will see you soon!??????????????????????????????
