We come to Pacifica Towers 3-4 times per year and we are impressed with the quality of service, food and attention to detail. Favorite place on earth and we have traveled extensively. This trip we met Javier in the VIP lounge and he provided excellent service. Isaias from VIP has become our favorite person to see. Amanda from the pool area is always accommodating when we request beach service. Jesus and Renee were our waiters on the beach and they did excellent

This was our second trip to Cabo, and our first to the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. While we loved where we stayed last year, the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is definitely an upgrade! The hotel-arranged transport from SDC airport and check-in process was super easy thanks to courteous and attentive staff and the super-handy Pueblo Bonito Resorts app. We truly loved the location and layout of the Pacifica, which is situated right on the beach with nearly all rooms having some sort of view of the ocean. We were on the first floor in the building closest to the beach. It was great to sit on our porch with a coffee and watch the sunrise. And there were several wonderful spots on the resort where we got to see the whales! From top to bottom, the resort is exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredible. Siempre was great for breakfast and dinner, and we loved ordering from the Aire Restaurant for lunch. Peninsula Restaurant offered an amazing dinner with world-class service as well. We found the drink options to be very plentiful as well, with a special shout-out to Oscar at the Peninsula Bar and Giovanni at the Pacific Lab Airstream - we LOVED the hand-crafted cocktails there in the evenings! It was also fun to walk or catch a free shuttle van to the nearby Quivera clubhouse and Sunset Beach for additional restaurant choices. They also have a beautiful botanical garden on the property. For dinner our last night, we went to La Frida which is a nominal upcharge - it was SO good and the ambiance was beautiful. The staff throughout was incredible, friendly, and hard-working, the food was excellent, and our room and was super clean and comfortable with plenty of space, a nice comfy bed, and all the amenities we could ask for! Literally the ONLY constructive feedback I could give would be the addition of some body wash in the shower instead of just bar soap - but we fixed that easy enough with a trip to the onsite gift shop that has just about anything you may have forgotten for your trip, along with specialty coffee drinks, clothes, snacks, and gifts. We will ABSOLUTELY be returning as soon as possible to visit our new friends at the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica and try out some of the things we missed such as the steakhouse.
