This is our 9th year returning to this hotel. This is our favorite place to stay and as always, the staff is what makes it what it is. Specifically Ana, Florinda, and Abigail took care of us every morning at Siempre restaurant. The treated us wonderfully every day and were very accommodating. They go above and beyond to take care of us.
Wine experience at the Pacifica

We had an amazing experience tonight at the Pacifica. Chef Christian curated an excellent meal that was beyond our expectations paired by Sommelier Armando was more than what we could ask for. Armando knew the exact wines that was perfect for every dish. Alan, who served us, was very professional and kind. Thank you for an experience we will never forget.

We love this place and have visited here many times. Its honestly the staff that work here like Oscar Castillo in Siempre restaurant for dinner. Him.and the other staff make our dinners an amazing experience. The food alone is amazing, but the staff put it over the top!

Oscar is a great server who was super attentive to our needs. He was extremely easy going and was always there when we needed him but never a bother. Just the pinnacle of good service. He exemplified the luxury and ease of service that is hard to find from 5 star dining experiences.
