It was such a great time here, the service was excellent. Our Concierge brissa was more than good she was great and super helpful

Short trip from the airport and you are there. Check-in was quick and easy. We had a garden view king. Nice clean room, comfy bed and lots of hot water. only disappointment was no balconies on the back side. We stayed at the infinity pool the whole time. I'm an early riser so same chairs for 2 weeks. beautiful sun rises, whales out front every day. The buffet always a big selection to enjoy. We ate at all the al-la-carts and found the Italian the best. There is also a snack bar attached to the pool bar and a hotdog cart later in the afternoon. The servers in all the restaurants are very attentive and engaging. Big shout out to Angel, Vanessa, America and Urias. Your enthusiastic approach to getting everyone involved in games and exercise in and around the pool was so much fun. Also to the fantastic pool bar waiters, Rubicel, Emanuel and Ismaels. Thank you for the first class service. And not to forget Isidro at the lobby bar. best chocolate martini's ever. And to the other staff members we crossed paths with during our stay, THANK YOU so much. In closing I'd just like to say that overall our experience at this resort was above expectations. Make sure to tip the staff as best you can and try to interact with them as much as possible. They really enjoy learning english and will go out of their way to get you speaking spanish.. Urías at the pool entertainment was excellent! The resort is a little outdated but the staff is very attentive.

My husband and I had 9 nights here in February. We enjoyed a lot about this hotel but definitely needs some work!! The hotel grounds are quite pretty, and looks fantastic at night. This place is very small but has food options if you can get in. We’ve always stayed in five star resorts, but went for something a little cheaper on this holiday and didn’t regret it. The room was lovely and spacious. The bed was very hard but pillows were fine. We did get upgraded to a pool/ocean view (thank goodness) as the garden views were at the back along the loud highway. We were never given towels each day or soap so each day after the pool, we had to call to get some. Super frustrating. The buffet has few items, like most resorts but could always find something. The Italian we ate at twice. The first time it was fantastic and had great service! The second time was absolutely horrible. The food was cold and the service was terrible! Our favourite was definitely the Italian on the first night. They say they don’t take reservations but unless you go down at 5 o’clock, you’re not getting in till 930 and the places are half empty. Sara the hostess at the Italian was absolutely rude to everybody. So bad to have staff like that who yell at people and told us “ you don’t have a reservation which we did and then she says put your glasses and look at my list and sure enough, there we were on her list! The chair game for the pool that’s another story nine days we did not get a chair till the last day because somebody gave us one when they left at noon so if you don’t care about getting a chair at the pool, then this is your place and the pools did seem very dirty at all times, cloudy. We will not be returning but did enjoy ourselves in the Cabo sun. A shout out to Pedro at the swim bar and Angela in the buffet. Both were excellent, and happy friendly servers every day!
