The wait staff were all excellent. The food quality was fair at best. Pastry was dry where it should have been creamy. The tiramisu was a good example of less than quality. After 2 bites I gave up, it was dry and fairly tasteless. The Apple straddle seemed as if it had been microwaved, not a good idea as it loses its crunch and becomes gummy.

The activities center is wonderful! All of the personnel are friendly and so much fun! My husband and I have come for 7 years…the personal touch of Dante, Ramon, Ricardo, Angel and Anel ……………………………………………….. We recommend always and meet other very happy guests! We will be back!!

The pool is so beautiful and the bartenders are the best! We loved relaxing by the marina, am walking on the nearby beach. I would recommend to a friend. My experience at this resort has been a 10/10 and I will definitely be returning next year with the whole fam!

This resort had the friendliest staff and they were so accommodating! Warm pool and great drinks! I loved the vibe and energy.

What a great resort! We stayed 2 nights after previous days in an Airbnb with some friends. From the moment we arrived, we were greeting with smiles. We arrived earlier than check in time but were nicely accommodated with a room upgrade as well ( we asked and paid for it). Beautiful room in Bldg B down by cool pool. Enjoyed the poolside snacks daily along with a wonderful breakfast buffet! Went to El Cid Castillo for Italian one night. Grounds are beautifully maintained and lush. Went to private beach on the second day and it is gorgeous, fun little boat ride over. The staff here are all amazing and it is reason enough to return. It was our first time to Mazatlan ( came for eclipse) and we loved it!
