We are on our second day of our Mexican vacation and are staying at the El CID Marina Beach hotel. We have been at the beach all morning and are having such a relaxing time. The staff have been amazing, especially our palapa server, Raymundo, who has provided exemplary service. Raymundo is friendly, attentive and efficient. The supervisor, Juan Diego, also gets props for his professionalism, friendliness and service. These kind of employees create a lasting, positive memory, that will last long after our vacation is over. Both should be commended for their being Ambassadors of Goodwill.

The experience was terrible not enough food amenities to manage the amount of people that are there very poor customer service and lack of attention tocustomers very inconsistent. I would not recommend this hotel. Lack of staff, unable to get a drink poolside they would take an order and never return with your drink.

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. We are traveling with my adult children who's plane was delayed (we have 2 rooms). I wad not allowed to check into my room because the other party was not here (the plane was delayed until tomorrow). We spent three hours arguing to even be allowed to check into our room. This trip and rooms have already been paid for, and they would not let us check into our room.

We loved this hotel! The rooms are beautiful, food is excellent especially in the restaurants. activities are super fun and the hosts are great. We will be back for sure!

Everything about the trip was such a good time! The food was great and the service was also great! Everyone is so kind and happy.
