Very enjoyable and nice ambiance. Close to outside restaurants too. We took the bike trail and through town. Lots of fun. Pool was very nice. Clean and staff were very polite and helpful. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return.

From start to finish out experience was just wonderful. Some post covid rules in effect. Was so nice to sit by the fireplace and enjoy a cocktail again. Our suite was clean and the bed was comfy. Did not use any of the facilities this time. Breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Can't wait to go back
Room smelled like humidity, ended up paying for breakfast when I thought it was offered

When we arrived the check-in was easy even if the power just came back. The room smelled a lot like humidity and I was surprised to see how small the bathroom was (for this price at least). I saw a paper at the front desk stating "Continental Breakfast offered for all guests from 7:00 to 10:00) only to end up getting charged 60$+ at the restaurant for taking the buffet. After asking the front desk they told me it was for the guests who stayed the night before but it wasn't specified, the lady didn't feel like she was sorry neither so it was pretty disappointing.

Well located, one of a kind resort

We were looking for an overnight break and this worked out very well for us. The resort had excellent hiking and biking trails which we used. Montebello town was a short walk away and had quaint shops. The finest part was sitting by the giant fireplace having drinks and snacks and reading or playing board games.
