Chateau Montebello is our home away from home. Always looking forward to spending time at Chateau. The most important thing is, the service and hospitality that everyone at the Chateau gives us. What makes our vacations so magical is the staff they treat us like family.

The hotel staff was amazing. However, we found the quality of the room very mediocre. Everything seemed extremely old and in poor condition. Additionally, regarding the site, several buildings appear poorly maintained. Overall, our stay was not worth the expense. Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello stands in sharp contrast to the experiences we have had at other Fairmont locations (Banff and Quebec city).

My experience with Chateau Montebello was exceptional. The stunning architecture and serene surroundings provided a perfect retreat. The staff was incredibly attentive and courteous, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The amenities, including the spa and dining options, were top-notch, offering a luxurious and relaxing experience. I highly recommend Chateau Montebello for anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

My wife and I went to this hotel for a golfing / wedding anniversary trip. The building is so impressive from the outside and the lobby provides an amazing Canadiana atmosphere. We enjoyed the lobby bar. The rest is disappointing! We had a high end room and it and the hallways were musty. The restaurant food was so overpriced, with very limited menus and frankly, not very good. Even the outdoor barbeque provided very limited choices. Breakfast was okay but exorbitantly priced. Al in all there are better higher quality places for the same or less money in Montebello. So bottom line here is overpriced, lower quality, not up to 5 start standards.

Felt right at home. The pools were amazing. Lobby was very cold but staff was kind enough to bring over a blanket. A bit disappointing that there are no more atvs as it is advertised on their maps and on the TV in their lobby. We were really looking forward to trying them. Also indoor tennis and badminton area was very disorganized I actually had to clean up other equipment left on the floor by other guests so that we can play. Chose to play indoor as it was very hot that day but realized their indoor area was a dome that was even warmer than outside with no AC. Also saw a couple dead mice near the entrance to the dome. It's clear not much staff goes to that part of the resort.
