Stayed here for 4 nights on business. The check in and check out was efficient. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The location is very good. The housekeeping was good. Overall a good stay in NY.
Update on Executive Suites - Avoid
Jul 03, 2022
I was so happy with our last stay, that when we were celebrating a birthday with friends, I booked two rooms, including an Executive Suite. I thought, based on the photos, the five of us could lounge around the suite. Not so. There was one couch and a desk. No side chairs, no sofa table. Nothing but empty space and a total lack of anything worth the extra money. It was room 1902. I called the front desk to ask for at least a table so I could sit at the couch and put my glass of water on something. Nope. they couldn't help me. No extra chairs either. So, we made do in the lobby. Not great during covid-times. The view was great. The heat was not (the big picture windows). There was no more room for clothes than in a regular King studio. Just a closet. The stupidly placed television was on a huge piece of furniture that had no drawers. What an absolute waste. Besides the view, the only good thing was the larger bathroom. And to top it off, it was right in front of the elevator shaft, so there was constant noise. I do appreciate that Marriott gifted me with additional points because of my complaints, but I wanted to warn TA folks not to spend the extra $$$.

Loved the stay. Ideal location and also service was good. We had to change our flight and reached at 7am in the morning still they accepted earlier check-in which was great.
Stayed in many cities in US but finally first hotel which had breakfast available. Other than this, i dont think US is ready for post-covid tourism.
What a great find!

Our first visit will not be our last. From the moment we checked in with Cherise (I think that is who was working on Wednesday 3/8 in the am), we felt so welcomed. The double queen room was huge by NYC standards. We felt like we were the only ones on our floor. It was very quiet. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, getting extra linens and towels. The only thing we needed was extra pillows - 4 for 3 people was not adequate and the hotel did not have more. So we went over to Target and got what we needed. Daniel from physical resources fixed our air conditioning - a simple reset. He was so friendly and helpful. They are not serving breakfast right now, but we ran down the street and got croissants at Paris Baguette.
We loved every minute of our stay. It certainly won’t be my last. Good location, clean, quiet, spacious.
Nice location and nice room

We were in a King studio on the 16th floor ( note, we didn’t pay extra to be on a high floor, so I’m grateful to Marriott for taking care of Bonvoy members). As expected, the room was quite small, but serviceable for two nights. I would have appreciated a few hooks near the door to hang our coats, as the wardrobe did not have much room at all. The only drawers were the two from the night table and one in the wardrobe, so don’t expect to be able to put too many clothes away. And there isn’t much room for more than one suitcase, either! The bathroom, although nicely fitted, was quite compact. The shower was a nice size and had good pressure and heat. But two people cannot be in the bathroom at once. It’s always good to have a small fridge and coffeemaker. The little couch was comfortable enough. The bed was comfortable. I was irritated that there wasn’t a place to plug my phone in on my side of the bed. Staff was nice and the location is great.
