I recently stayed at Westin and had an amazing time. The room was very cozy with two very comfortable double beds. The view was stunning, looking over Times Square, and the location couldn't have been more central. We were right in the middle of everything, which made getting around so easy. The breakfast was also delicious and had a great variety to choose from. I'd definitely be coming back!

I stayed at Westin Times Square during June and I had the best experience. Our room was at one of the highest floors with amazing views and we had plenty of space for our four suitcases. The breakfast was really good and the service and staff were amazing. Of course, the highlight was the location as we were literally 3 minutes away from Times Square and walking distance to everywhere! Totally recommend staying there!

Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice clean rooms with no musty odors. Excellent shower. Clean facility in a great location in Times Square. This is a great hotel for families and tourists visiting New York City. I really like the fact that the main lobby is on the 2nd floor so that you must first pass by the security desk on the 1st floor.

We had a lovely time at this hotel back in December. They gave us a free upgrade to a lovely room with a view, a Starbucks-giftcard, free trips for musea and fun activities in the city, on top of free bike rentals, laundry credits and F&B credits. Overall luxury experience. Staff was very kind, especially the lovely man behind the counter that hands out tickets for trips and knows all about musicals and fun things to do in the city. Convenient location, in the heart of the city and very very close to Chick-Fil-A (which is our favorite fastfood outlet ever!) Rooms were gorgeous and tidy.

Spent four nights here and have mixed feelings about ever coming back. On the positive side, you cannot beat the location. Walking distance to Central Park, NYC Library, Empire State Building, and obviously Times Square. The room was clean but dated. The bed was super comfortable. My favorite was the rainfall shower that I actually fit under (I’m 6’6”). Now the negative. For the price I paid here I’m disappointed with the amenities. Mostly the fact that there’s no free WiFi and I made the mistake of trying the breakfast buffet my first morning. Powdered eggs and make your own waffles for $30! Seriously? Motel 6 has free WiFi and free powdered eggs buffet! My only other issue was maintenance. The mini fridge didn’t work, the phone was out of order, and the hair dryer only blew cold air. I expected more but still had an excellent visit to the greatest city in the world. I might return.
