Front desk at check in was outstanding! We were given free parking in honor of my husbands 70th birthday and allowed to check in early. Other family members were joining as a surprise and staff was very discreet and kept the secret.

Unclean hotel. Our duvet had blood stains on it. When reported to the supervisor there was no offer of any compensation. An offer of compensation would have been the right thing to do. Won’t stay here again.

The hotel is clean and the staff are nice. The beds are super uncomfortable. They are springy and make noise. You will bounce every time your bed partner moves. The bathroom wallpaper was water damaged and peeling. The pillows were nice. They cleaned every other day and did a great job. The air in room 410 wasn’t working properly and it got really hot in the bedroom at night. They looked at it and it was better but still got warm at night. There was a clear temperature difference in the two rooms and we couldn’t get the bedroom cooler.

The hotel itself is nice with included breakfast and room cleaning every other day. With that said, after a long day at the parks we came back to room uncleaned. After calling the front desk a very rude person told me they have until 5:00 pm to clean the room and she would gladly cancel the service. We declined and after a nap and getting ready to head back to the parks the cleaning staff knocked at 4:30 to clean. We were still getting ready to leave and was told her shift was over at 5:00 pm. Funny that upon check out the cleaning staff were right there to clean at 10:00 am in the morning. So although the hotel is clean it does lack in customer service, a smile and little bit of heart.

The property was in walking distance to the park, about a half mile. Very close to 24 hrs CVS and Walgreens. The main lobby areas looked posh and were well kept. The daily included breakfast was great, well stocked with a large variety of options. I was impressed by the drink selection. There was also a water station available throughout the day. The pool area was nice. I would have preferred it stayed open later and that the fire pit would have been useable. We were also never able to use the splash pad. Told each night it was out of water. I also wasn’t impressed with the fact that the cabana area ( which wasn’t really much different than the other seating) was $250 for 4 hours of usage. This area swayed my choice to choose this property. A relaxing spot at the end of a long day. It was a let down. The room itself was spacious although showing wear. Tattered furniture, dented appliance, broken plugs. We had a Park view and it was pretty good. We could see the fireworks. The beds themselves were hard as rock. I’m a frequent traveller and these were some rough ones to sleep on. The pull out was also quite uncomfortable. Housekeeping is done every second day. We also didn’t have any issues with getting any extra linens when needed. Service was quite prompt. Overall, I had higher expectations for the price point.
