Jasmine from the guest relations team was amazing! We had a great time because of her great service. The drinks were great and the environment was chill. Cool people and good vibes. Totally recommending to anyone looking for a good place in chicago!

Great customer service by FRANKLIN. My daughter and I are staying at this DoubleTree hotel, and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by FRANKLIN as the valet manager at DoubleTree Hotel. I want to thank you for your exemplary leadership and for fostering a culture of excellence within your team. Your positive attitude and commitment to going above and beyond for guests like myself make a significant difference in creating memorable experiences at DoubleTree Hotel. They aren’t concerned

I stayed there in February upon check out I was shocked to find out they billed me twice. When I called to understand the situation, they said don’t worry about it. It’ll drop off in a few days. The money they pulled affected my ability to travel and they were not concerned one bit. If that wasn’t enough they had their employees trying to sell points packages in the lobby and bothering you. The hotel is old, the toilets didn’t flush well, the housekeeping is subpar. One of the worst Hilton I’ve stayed at.

Jabari’s and Alex Martin at the Front Desk were excellent. On arrival current if you ever in Orlando this hotel you would like to stay in come on and stay kind people if you have a problem they will try to fix it to the best their ability great customer service
