A very nice place to stay!

We had two rooms, one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds. The rooms were clean and nicely equipped. Beds were comfortable. A nice amount of charging outlets were available. Housekeeping did a great job and we would use this facility again! There is a Starbucks and Ice Cream shop in the main lobby. Excellent ice cream.
Mediocre

Location for Universal Studios is excellent. If staying at the hotel, parking is free. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. Ate breakfast at the IHOP just up the road. As per the rooms, fairly typical chain hotel room. Pillows were terrible and mattress was less than perfect. A/C/Heating was extremely loud, woke us up several times when it kicked in. Would suggest to management that whenever renovating, pull the bathtubs and install showers. As far as I could tell, bath room did not have an exhaust fan, mirror really fogged up when showering.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed

It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There was a cockroach in the bed, the hotel looked old and not well-maintained. One man from maintenance entered my room without knocking while I was about to go to shower and saw me almost naked - he said he had left one key inside the room. The breakfast was terribly overpriced. And I was sort of humiliated by a receptionist called Ariana (after check out I went back to the hotel to get some products I had forgotten inside the room. The receptionist Ariana laughed in my face and totally neglected my request. When she left I tried another person who called the cleaning staff who said they didn't see anything). I was humiliated during this stay. I don't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I am a Hilton Honors Gold member and they do this kind of thing even to loyal members. The hotel is a shame.
Nice room but no service.

Just stayed for 4 nights with my wife and 2 young sons. The room was nice and was given a large room at check in. Well located to walk to Universal Studios in 20 minutes. Some restaurants also nearby was good too. However in the 4 nights we stayed our room was never serviced even though I requested it be serviced each day but was told they only service rooms every other day, so I excepted that. That didn’t happen either though which was quite disappointing. Even after ringing reception twice during our stay to tell them our room hadn’t been serviced it still wasn’t done. Expected a bit more from Hilton and have received better service at other Hilton Hotels of the same standard of property. Would I stay here again?…….Probably not.
Yeaaa … Ok, but No!

Likes: Great location, decent food options on/off site, walking distance to park. Dislikes: NO ROOM SERVICE EVEN AFTER REQUESTING AT FRONT DESK BEFORE WE LEFT FOR THE DAY. After spending the day at the park, we came back to a non serviced room. Very disappointing that on the heels of a pandemic and being HH member, room service is not a required standard practice. I’d also like to note that the phones in the room have no direct line to the front desk, so we had to call the front desk from our cellphones just to request clean towels. Ridiculous and absolutely absurd! The only positive thing i can say is the towels were delivered to our room within 5 minutes so yay for that but I’ll think twice before staying here again. Overall while the room was nice and accommodating the lack of room service was a huge deal breaker for me. Not to mention, my entire family arrived back home sick (I wonder why!) “Happy New Year”
