Great location, walking distance to the boat shuttle to city walk. All the amenities you could want. For the price, definitely recommend

This is a beautiful hotel in an incredible location. We booked a deluxe king room for four nights for our anniversary trip. We asked ahead of time for a high floor, and they gave us floor 16, the highest floor possible! The room layout is a little unconventional but spacious and quiet with a comfortable bed and pillows. The views were astounding! From left to right, we could see a bit of City Walk and Universal Studios, Epic Universe, and even Epcot in the distance. Everything you need is within a minute walk from the elevator, including the food amenities and the shuttle stop. The Sapphire Falls water taxi is a five minute walk. The Urban Pantry was excellent. The pizza is very good, as are the woks. We enjoyed the gelato and desserts too. The Starbucks in the lobby was great for early morning caffeine, and service was friendly and quick. The whole staff at the hotel was top tier.

After a long flight our check in was lovely, warm welcome from all the team. We were asked if it’s our first time which it was at Aventura (having stayed at multiple universal resort) and as it was our first stay we were offered badges and some amazing Starbucks vouchers. The hotel food and pool was amazing and a great shortcut to Volcano Bay. Beds comfy and rooms really clean. we Loved Relay the robot, definitely order some additional items to be delivered, it’s so cool. We used both bus and boat transfers via sapphire falls but sadly didn’t get a chance to use the pool at sapphire falls there but amazing experience overall. Would now ALWAYS stay here in future. AMAZING!!!! (For context have stayed at Cabana Bay, pool was amazing! Surfside, Dockside and Royal pacific.) absolutely recommend.

Stayed here in 2025 for the first time, loved the reception area, urban kitchen and the rooms. Returned this year and great with an updated menu at urban kitchen… I’m gluten free and they cater really well! Rooms are just clean and relaxing with everything you need… Pool area is small but never over busy and access to volcano bay is the best… Reception staff were amazing (wish I had taken their names) Short walk to boat at sapphire or bus into city walk… we love the boat as much easier… It’s well worth a stay and tip we didn’t know you can get a pool key sapphire if you want… Only gripe was the room made noises from the lift shaft but so tired we made it through! Love this hotel ??

You need to know what you are getting. This is a nice, basic hotel close to the Universal parks. The rooms are clean. The service was friendly. The amenities are limited. The value is definitely there! The only suggestions I have is to move the designated smoking area elsewhere. In a short amount of time I saw numerous people covering their nose and mouths as they had to get from the parking area to the front desk and the smoke was going in their faces, including mine. The other is to improve the lighting in the rooms. The lamps were fashionable but not very useful for producing light. If you are on a budget and want a nice, clean hotel. This is the place!
