This is our go to hotel in Orlando. Stayed here multiple times over the past few years. It is clean, comfortable and the perfect retreat after a busy day at the parks. The rooms are spotless and the beds are the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The staff are fabulous and very helpful and friendly. The food in urban pantry is delicious and even impressed the fussiest eater that ever lived!

1. One day after purchasing an expensive makeup, the bottle was emptied by the cleaning staff. When i got down to talk to the manager, he told me "are you sure you didnt drop it?". Ive filled a paper and that was it. No apologies, nothing. 2. THEY CHARGE 5 DOLLARS PER PACKAGE DELIVERED TO YOUR ROOM (they just receive the package tho, you need to go to front desk and ask for it). 3. Room is not clean at all. Had to ask to change sheets multiple times. To me, as a traveler who stays at 4 to 5 stars hotels...Aventura is a 2 star, tops!

This was our third stay at Aventura and it did not disappoint. It’s sleek, modern design suits our needs with spacious well designed rooms, comfortable beds and everything you need after a busy day at the parks. Floor to ceiling windows make the rooms bright & open. Tablet controls for lights, tv and central air system are easy to use, with the added bonus of resort and dining information at your fingertips. A handy chat function also connects you easily to reception should the need arise. Throughout our stay housekeeping kept our room in excellent condition. Away from the room, the hotel has a great pool area with hot tub and fire pit. The adjacent pool bar is a great spot to cool off in the shade with mixed drinks, draught beers or non-alcoholic drinks. Bar 17 on the rooftop is also a great place to enjoy a drink whilst taking in the 360 degree views as the sun sets. (Special mention for the bao buns on the bar snack menu - very nice!) The food court offers a good range of cuisine for those lazy days/nights away from the parks. We love the create your own bowls at the wok station and there’s also a Starbucks in the lobby for your early morning caffeine fix. If you’re on an extended stay my top tip is to buy the resort cup. You pay a fixed price for unlimited hot and cold (non alcoholic) drinks from the area towards the back of the food court. Coke Freestyle machines, coffee, hot chocolate and hot water for tea are available. Overall, we love the vibe at Universal and the friendly team members are always helpful. We’ve already booked our next stay for HHN!

Very nice and modern property, everything in the room is controlled using the tablet, including lights and TV remote. The best perk is the Early Park Access and the shuttle is ever so reliable we never have to wait long for it. If you ever so inclined, you can walk across to Sapphire Falls hotel and catch the water taxi from there but beware the line might be longer there.

This was my second stay at the hotel and disappointed to say the least.On check in you give a bankers card to check in during my stay I had 5 amounts of 200 dollars charged to my card.When I went to reception they didn’t even apologise just said there was a clitch in the system and the money would be repaid into my account.A week later I’m still awaiting my refund.This has been reported to my bank somebody in the hotel is fraudulently taking money from peoples accounts.Please be aware I would never return to this hotel the incident caused stress and ruined my stay.
