Fantastic

Loved this hotel. Room was spacious and was ideal for our family. We had two large beds, a mini fridge, safe, tv and excellent air con! The bathroom has a walk in shower, hairdryer and a retractable washing line. The location of the hotel is great. There’s a Walgreens. IHOP, kfc and 7 eleven all a few minutes walk away. The restaurant food was good, we particularly liked the pizzas. I would say a little bit pricy but we still ate there. The refillable endless summer cups are fantastic value for money. We also used the Starbucks most days, which we loved having in the hotel. The buses to the universal parks are fantastic. They are very frequent and only take a few minutes to get to the parks. There are two bus stands. One for city walk which takes you to universal studios and islands of adventure and one for volcano bay and epic adventure. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Orlando.

Great hotel in Orlando if you are there to go to Universal Parks.

Great hotel for our Orlando holiday. Excellent bus service to and from universal parks. Pool is open from 9am to 11pm meaning after a hot long day, you can have a nice dip in the pool before bed. Pool was also huge and had a great vibe. Definitely recommend for a family stay in Orlando.

Good choice for universal parks

Lilo-shu-shu (Leicester, United Kingdom) on Jul 20, 2026

This was a really good hotel in terms of location, size and service. The rooms are a good size and are clean. I would have liked to have had a microwave in there like other hotels on the international drive strip do, but it’s not a big issue, there is one you can use downstairs. I found the pools too shallow for my liking. Great for smaller kids but not for adults. The speakers under the water is cool though. There’s plenty of sunbeds and plenty of towels. There’s a walgreens right across the road which is very handy. There early park access is what my biggest draw here was, and that was fantastic to enter parks that hour earlier meant me end my friends got on everything we wanted in the days we were there. The shuttle buses provided were fantastic. I would stay in this hotel again if universal parks were my priority.

Great hotel

Charlie864 on Jul 12, 2026

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite and found it to be very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with plenty of amenities.. The complimentary shuttle buses to the parks were reliable and easy to use. Having a Walgreens directly opposite the hotel was another big plus for getting any essentials we needed. The only downside was that the walls seemed quite thin, so noise from people walking and talking in the corridors could be heard quite easily, especially early in the morning or late at night. Tip: if you're planning to have breakfast in your room, bring a couple of bowls with you, as these aren't provided in the kitchenette. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return.

Perfect for a family holiday and the Universal Parks

Stephen B (Kilcullen, Ireland) on Jul 06, 2026

Great hotel in Universal resort and the quieter end of International drive. Had everything we needed in the suite. The pool was perfect, never overcrowded and lifeguards on duty. Free shuttle buses to the Universal parks which is a great service. Staff were amazing and very friendly. Would have no issue returning
