Great hotel in Universal resort and the quieter end of International drive. Had everything we needed in the suite. The pool was perfect, never overcrowded and lifeguards on duty. Free shuttle buses to the Universal parks which is a great service. Staff were amazing and very friendly. Would have no issue returning

This hotel is fantastic for the price. We opted for Surfside as it’s significantly smaller than Dockside. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We loved the inside Starbucks, the food court was great too. Pool area is nice with a good amount of umbrellas and music in the water which was cool. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Only negative is the hairdryer was very weak and took an age to dry my hair, will definitely take my own next time. I didn’t have much issues with the noise, only 1 evening did we get disturbed by a crying child but otherwise all was ok. The shuttle service to the parks is fantastic, they go so regularly we never waited more than 10 minutes. It was our 4th trip to Orlando and our first staying on site, we will definitely stay here again.

Joa, Kendra, Garret and Brit are the sweetest bartenders! I love loveeeeeee them. AMAZING service! I went last year and Jo made sure I booked again; it tells when people care and they show it. Came back again and outstanding service again!!! amazing hotel!!

Really great stay at Surfside resorts and was here for 2 weeks, had a suite and was really happy with it, great location close to parks and the bus service is excellent, A little side gate gets you onto i-drive and there is a walgreens across the road for essentials and the suite has a fridge and table to eat at so can save some money by getting stuff in, Really clean hotel and service great and the beach break cafe offers a really good selection and resonably priced, The early park entry is a god send and well worth getting up early for, had read comments about noise but didn't have any problems, we were on 8th floor so this possibly helped, Can highly recommend surfside resorts and will be back again.
