Surfside Hotel was great! From the moment we went in we were greeted by Marcos who helped us massively. We had booked a budget hotel on International Drive which was awful and we cut our stay short there and instead stayed at Surfside. Marcos was so helpful and we can't thank him enough. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. We will most definitely be staying there again. Thank you for making our holiday!

Nice rooms. Nice staff. Drinks very expensive at bar. Walls very thin..can hear everything next door. And lying by pool is not relaxing at all. There are approx 6 gates i to pool area and they are constantly banging all day. They need to invest in soft closures for these gates. Also very noisy at night from road traffic.

All the amenities of the higher priced locations with early park access. Get the package deal with the room stay and make it a week of pool, sun, and roller coasters.

We recently stayed here for 2 weeks. For the most part the hotel was great, excellent amenities, good food, always a subbed available around the pool etc and friendly staff. We came back one evening and our aircon had stopped working, guest services had someone up within 30 mins and were able to fix it straight away! The hotel could certainly improve on cleanliness and the housekeeping services. Our bed sheets were not changed once in the whole 2 weeks. And towels were left in a bin bag on the beds and changed only once. I would have expected them to take the towels out and place them on the shelf. The floors were never hoovered, we were told this has to be requested which is annoying because there is always a queue at reception in the morning and most of the time you can’t afford to wait otherwise you will be late into the parks. Towels are very small and rough. The shuttle service is great all the drivers are so friendly and the location of the shuttle is so convenient. Overall we had a great stay however the cleaning of the rooms really does need improving.

Excellent place to experience. Shuttle is close for parks. I didnt have to wander looking for them. Staff is amazing. Checked in by Ty. She made sure I was going in the right direction and if she saw me wandering always asked if I needed help finding anything. Pamela and Chef Chris were there for breakfast. Chef Chris helped with breakfast choices and personally dished it up. Amazing breakfast. Pamela greeted everyone, helped clean up kid spills with a smile and always stopped to see if everyone needed anything. It was a cafeteria breakfast with a family diner feel. This will be the hotel I return and brag about.
