Great breakfast great service!

Really enjoyed my stay here, particularly great service from Jim every morning at breakfast! He was always ready with a nice cup of tea for me and went the extra mile to make sure I was enjoying my stay. Thanks so much Jim!!

A quick stop for us straight from the airport Well positioned from airport if you plan to go straight to universal the next day Hotel was nice and clean The breakfast restaurant was really pleasant and friendly

Don’t stay here. I wish I read the reviews

Absolutely terrible hotel and experience. I got to the hotel and checked in. Front desk staff was incredibly rude when I asked where I could find coffee in the area and was told there was no coffee in the area (who says that?!). When I got to my room, it was very obvious someone was already staying in the room (they were sleeping). So I told the front desk they gave me the keycard for the wrong room- they blamed me for it and then I had to wait another few hours to get a room. The room I finally got was incredibly dirty. I also tried to call the front desk and was hung up twice when asking a simple question about linens and an intact order. I usually always stay at a Hilton (Hilton diamond member for years) and will never stay here again. I’m counting the hours until I can check out.
