I have multiple food allergies and the Staff here really bent over backward to create safe meals

The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Downside for me, with food allergies, is there’s no microwave in rooms. The only one to use is very far from my room. One amazing thing is the staff at the restaurant on site, the waiter Jim was friendly and wonderful, the Executive Chef Anthony Fothergill came out to talk to me about my allergies and came up with a plan for me to not only eat safe food but yummy too. He even planned ahead for my next meal the next day. Thank you guys! Really so wonderful to feel so comfortable.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Morgan at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando. After a long week of travel, it means so much to be welcomed into your “home away from home” by someone as attentive, polite, kind, and genuinely understanding as she is. I’ve been a Hilton Diamond member for 10 years, and this is truly my favorite Hilton property. Experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. From the moment I arrived, Morgan made me feel valued and cared for. Her warm personality and professionalism turned what could have been just another hotel check-in into a truly memorable welcome. She was an absolute delight and set the tone for a relaxing stay. This property clearly does an outstanding job not only in hospitality, but in attracting and hiring exceptional people. Every time I stay here, I have a great experience — and team members like Morgan are a big reason why. Thank you again, Morgan, for going above and beyond! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

At the front desk, we appreciate the very good service, support, and cooperation of Ms Katalia, and also the useful service by Ms Kaina. In the Sunshine Cafe, we were impressed by the excellent services, support, and cooperation of Jim. We look forward to visiting this wonderful hotel again. Much appreciated.
Good location, poor quality

Upon arrival, our room was not ready what is understandable at 10 am. When dropping off our luggage, we were not even greeted. When we returned to the hotel at 6pm, we were given a handicapped-accessible room with a view of a dirty rooftop. The room itself is very outdated, which is totally not reflected in the photos. The air conditioning sounds like an old vacuum cleaner. As a Diamond member, there was no genuine recognition or appreciation. They where fully booked so no upgrades available what is understandable, however some appreciation would be nice. Had I known this in advance, I certainly would not have booked this room for $600. Hakeem from the front office was friendly and helpful.

Kiana at the front desk and Lonnie from security were extremely helpful. They made my stay a very positive experience. The location, across Universal, was an ideal spot.
