Clean and friendly. Matthew made our check-in very good. He had a bit of a line because the system was down but he kept track amid the mess until it was restored and he processed everyone painlessly. The Wednesday social with the manager was just right and cleaning staff around the main floor was friendly. The room was nice, we had a mountain view king one bedroom, and it definitely has a great view. They do a quick clean every second day. It would be nice to have a restaurant on site, but I agree with a previous review that you need a car anyway and things are close. I've been at another hotel which kept the juice dispensers on during the day, and that would be a nice touch to add in the eating area. Great stay, I'd go back again.

Room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Kitchenette was well kitted out. Nice big pool (heated) but no hot tub. Not giving this 5 stars as reception staff (all the ones we interacted with) were unfriendly and unhelpful. Housekeeping staff were the opposite, friendly and helpful and very adept at blocking the narrow aisles with cleaning equipment at checkout time.
