Amazing amenities and amazing staff!!!

We had an amazing time at the Westin Rancho Mirage. The entire staff was amazing. Coleman, and Jennifer at the front desk took amazing care of us. Coleman even got distilled water for us which I forgot to bring. My wife is disabled and they both went above and beyond for us. As did Ronaldo (I hope I spelled his name correctly) who was always so kind and gracious as he shuttled my wife around because she was unable to walk distances. We highly recommend the Westin Rancho Mirage. Not only for the beautiful property, but for the kindness, compassion, of every single staff member. Thank you all so much!!!

Coleman was exceptionally helpful during my stay. He assisted me while I was trying find a meeting room and in preparing for the meeting. I really appreciated his excellent customer service and demeanor and he made my stay much easier than it would have been.
