Nice but rooms need a refresh
ZuzziTravels (New York City, New York) on Mar 15, 2026
Came here for a conference and stayed the weekend. Really loved the grounds and having two pools. Plus you're close to a fantastic shopping and restaurant area, so you don't need a car. My only complaints was that the hotel food was really mediocre and the rooms needed a refresh. Shower was small and bathroom was dated. The entire thing was carpeted.

Beautiful entrance!

We were so excited to start our vacation as we drove up the long palm tree flanked entrance to the hotel. Once inside, you’re treated to a stunning view of the outside lounge and bar space with the golf course beyond. The registration team was excellent and we were in our rooms shortly after arrival. I cannot say enough great things about the bed. Now I understand why they have all sorts of branding about the “heavenly bed” experience. It was amazing. You plunk down and feel like you’re in a cocoon. Loved it. Loved it. And when you’ve played enough golf, or hung around the pools enough, it’s a quick 5 min. walk to Kierland Commons, a stunning high-end outdoor mall with tons of retail and restaurant options.
Pretty Hotel, Poorly Run

Lovely grounds, pleasant rooms, but not well run. The “lazy river” draws people to stay here, but had numerous broken aspects. Bills that were incorrect required multiple phone calls to adjust. Seems to lack “top down” management. Many good food choices walking distance; hotel restaurants are pricey and mediocre at best.
