If you are used to Marriot, Westin rooms are not that clean, the outside Jacuzzi for adults is never working, and in general is very expensive for the service. The rooms in general are not as Marriot standards. We stayed here for a week, looking forward to enjoying the jacuzzi to relax, and it is very cold. The first day I contacted the manager, who did nothing, 3 days latter it was just the same. Disappointing.

Spring break March 2026. Sharing a few details I wish I had known... Request a room reasonably close to the lobby. Some rooms are VERY FAR away. I don't mind walking but it was a maze and far. Also the mini fridges are empty and great for some simple groceries/drinks to keep in the room. They supply lots of bottled water and pitchers of water at the pool. Ice machines are everywhere. We had no trouble getting lounge chairs (for 5!) but were generally there before 10am. It is difficult for doordash to deliver to your room so plan to meet them at the front entrance or tip very well. I did overhear some angry guests of the villas that they weren't allowed access until later in the day over spring break. I almost booked there so glad we didn't. Breakfast buffet was inlcuded in our room rate and was great - omelets, pastries, fresh fruit, other daily options. Have fun!

Came here for a conference and stayed the weekend. Really loved the grounds and having two pools. Plus you're close to a fantastic shopping and restaurant area, so you don't need a car. My only complaints was that the hotel food was really mediocre and the rooms needed a refresh. Shower was small and bathroom was dated. The entire thing was carpeted.

Beautiful hotel. Great outside bar/patio area with spectacular views. Great breakfast. Wish I had booked a few more night! Definitely recommend.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone who traveler with kids and family. Can’t go wrong
