Beautiful resort and great service went above & beyond

We had to take the early flight and got to hotel way before check in. We were able to check in early and it saved the day. Thank you Sarah for making our stay so wonderful. Everyone friendly and acted like they wanted to be there. Room was appointed beautifully. I’ll be back with my kids and golf clubs. Great shopping and restaurants a short walk away.

If we could give this Westin 100 stars, we would!

This was perfection in every way! What a grand hotel with staff that consistently went beyond to make sure we were content. The room was spacious--grand upgrade for our ambassador elite status--with an immaculate room with lovely views of the golf course. The room was quiet and comfortable--as expected. We loved having Adam every morning serving us for breakfast and the other members of the team in the restaurant were a delight and kind as well--they seemed genuinely happy to have us there. The breakfast was the only meal we ate on site and each was excellent with a good selection when it was the brunch around Christmas weekend. I've already asked hubby to take me back sometime soon!

Corporate hotel, not resort

julynn529 (Eugene, Oregon) on Jan 14, 2023

We’ve stayed at many Westins over the years and used to feel they were a little more luxury. Now they’ve all just turned into basic Marriotts. Kierland has beautiful grounds and excellent location but the amenities are horrible: low grade towel, sheets, and room products. Horrible internet inside rooms and almost none by pool caused a lot of frustration. We stayed a week and 3 of 7 days had to ask for housekeeping due to no towels, paper products, lack of soap, etc. No ability to have consistent internet was difficult as we needed to use zoom calls and wanted to stream Netflix.(we heard many people complain of this also) The last 2 trips the hotel was packed with conventions so bars and restaurants were packed so no bar service inside or out for non- convention guests. Super noisy with medical convention and massive construction outside made pool time less then relaxing. Not a great experience if you’re looking for a true resort experience. We were here June 2022 and January 2023

Very nice hotel and conference space. I got a surprise upgraded room on 9th floor with beautiful view of mountains. Very quiet. Meeting space nice (cold rooms as always). Reception lovely. Tons of outdoor space and activities. Wish I had brought a swimsuit.

christmas bummer

LisaBrBu (Marysville, Washington) on Jan 03, 2023

This was my 2nd time in 2 months staying at this resort nad Each time issues that were not taken care of. Executive King Suite overlooking golf course and not a cheap room! 1st time every day our room would flood from showers and called every day to resolve and never fixed. offered 50,000 points towards account. Ok 2nd time during the christmas eve and Day starting about 4:30 or 5:00am the noise would start with maintenance painting and fixing up rooms. Besides waking up at early hour on our vacation to relax the smell from the paint we got was overwhelming. I called front desk and they would let managers know. Nothing! I also dont recommend the christmas morning buffet $28.00 pp and poor showing of options for the price. Fairfield has a better free breakfast! I figure since nothing was open they could get away with charging this. The Starbucks and Lobby lounge were the highlight to the resort.
