Perfect hotel to stay when traveling for work

This hotel went above and beyond my expectations. I really appreciate Clarissa at front desk. She has been so helpful throughout my entire stay. As a manager in the customer service industry I can say confidently that Clarissa is exceptional at her job. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling for work, there is a good size desk with outlet plugs for when you need to work on your computer. And Clarissa would always make sure my car was waiting for me from valet when I’m leaving for work early in the morning. 100 out of 10 stay for me.

I've been staying here for years, before and after Covid. They have renovated the rooms, bar and lobby, and changed the carpet. My check-in was welcoming. Tristan (front office manager) and Clarissa were welcoming and helpful. Though the renovation is more modern, The Benson is still a very beautiful and the location is accessible to many places. I can't deny missing the old decor and fare though. Please don't let the homeless around the area deter you from staying here. Service is still awesome. Hopefully they will bring the tastings back.
