The animation is the best. the drinks and the food is good and they have a lovely beach here. You can also do a lot of excursions and they have shows and parties every night.. joel the best and gregory top zumba

Everything in this hotel works very poorly, from the reception to the dining. Room keys, safes — nothing works at first time. You have to go around and make them fix everything. There were no rooms available in my category, so they gave me a standard room.
Great for trapeze, circus, and beach

Great resort. My daughter especially liked the trapeze and circus classes. All of the trapeze staff (Chucho, Lea, Victoria, Lisa, Rocio, and Alex) was really good with her and taught her some new tricks, including a catch. Trapeze was open every day except Monday and we always went. The rest of the resort is really great too. Beach is clean every day, no sea weed, and lots of chairs available. Highly recommend this resort.

Beautiful nature! Nice beach! Bad service! Bad maintenance of the premises! Not cleaned regularly. Non-working toilets. Water leaks. Cold attitude from the staff! They promise and forget! The tables are not cleaned, there are not enough utensils for eating! The staff is indifferent - like aliens! I do not recommend! Give your money for a better hotel!
