Dirty rooms - they are „cleaning” room online few minutes. They are leaving stand on the floor. They don’t want to change towels before 12.00! If you dont return them before 18.00 the day before. Food: f.eg. in italian restaurant you can take only 2 pecies of pizza take away. Not good value for money. Mold under the shower and in swimming pool

This is the 6th time coming here and I would come back anytime! The hotel is huge and you can use all the pools and beaches. The food is amazing and has a lot of options. On top of that the animation is extremely funny and active. Especially Leo and Eduardo played a big role on making the vacation a nice experience

The hotel is nice, looked at trip advisor reviews looked good. Checked in today and turns out there’s no wifi in the rooms only in the outside areas, meaning we have to sit outside in the balcony to use wifi. Never heard of this before. Called reception to see if we could pay for wifi to use in our room, she said no one has wifi in their rooms, asked to upgrade room or hotel, still it was “no” nobody has wifi in room. This is weird, will never recommend or stay here again. It’s currently raining and I can’t go on the balcony so I’ll watch blurry tv ??????? I’m writing this review to let people know, I have some early meetings (I know I’m supposed to be on holidays) I’ll be doing those on the balcony I suppose with my laptop.

There’s so many activities to do, it’s hard to see everything in just one visit. The staff is very friendly and interactive! One of the animators, Leo, helped me learn how to dance which was fun! There are new shows every night and it’s very entertaining. I would love to come visit again!!

I like vecation with the guys,they are so nice. I like the catamaran and the service. Especially Vitamina,Raul,Chuleta,Maldonado,wiki wiki , Casa Nova. I would recomend to anybody who is going to visit viva aquatico. It was great experience with anything food,drinks the beach. The people are so great you should meet them.
