I stayed for two days with some friends and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was very good and there were always options available throughout the day. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the bathroom was particularly well designed. The beach was beautiful, and we went on an excursion to Saona Island which was so much fun. Overall there was plenty to do around the hotel and it made for a very relaxing stay. I've been to many beaches in the Dominican Republic and the one at this hotel is genuinely the best in my opinion. There is a lot to do at the hotel, so staying several days is definitely worth it.

The Flying trapeze its team ( Enrique Alex Rocio Violeta Victoria Hugo Lisa Chucho) are the best of the best. Cheerful Professional Friendly. We love them all.

Bad service! Disinterested staff! Poor maintenance of the hotel area. I do not recommend!

Fifth time visiting the resort. Keep coming back cause it feels like home. I'd like to especially thank Jose Mota (security guard) for always doing an amazing job caring for the guests' wellbeing. Always willing to help giving you advice, info on how to get to different places, transportation, etc. As Dominicans say: Siempre a la orden, servicio 1A.

Perfect place !!! Full of activities and never get bored. The food is excellent. The animation crew is special. All the guys are friendly,kindly and everyone knows how to entertain people. Best place in R.Dominicana.
