Very clean! Wonderful staff! We went in August of 2026. There was entertainment every night that catered to both our age (mid-40s) and the younger 21+ crowd. We did not make reservations at all and had absolutely no issues with being seated. The room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. We also planned one excursion at the Bavaro Amusement Park. It was a fun day of horseback riding, ziplining, and swimming in some pretty cool cave-like lagoons. There was even a waterfall. Great trip overall! Would definitely go back!

The food has no taste . The drinks taste watery . Staff in the front desk and cleaning area are rude. The night receptionist hung up on me 5 times. I did not have tv and phone for 2 days.

Overall the hotel was a very relaxing trip. The pools and entertainment was up beat but you still could find calm relaxing areas. The food i feel like was average tho and the drinks were quite weak. I will warn you tho in the event of an emergency the staff is very lacking. There's no medical on site they could provide and struggled to get as much as a bandage. The beach is extremely rough at this particular location as well. If your looking for a fun day at the pool and decent night life this isn't a bad resort. But again food was OK drinks weak and room service comes once a day and seemed to struggle keeping up. The onyx location was pretty tho with much better options and food

Great experience. The food is good the vibes are good. I wish more vegan protein options but we had a great time. I would go back again.

I will be coming again. If you’re a social person, I definitely recommend. The resort is phenomenal. The activities are nonstop. The food and customer service was a cherry on top. 10 out of 10 Great tip: Don’t plan on leaving the resort until you get to the resort because you could plan a lot of things through the resort.
