As with many resorts in Punta Cana, it is the staff who can elevate your overall experience. The Xhale Lounge was amazing, the drinks, the ambiance, the entertainment!!! Honorable mention to Vianni!!! She looked after our group every day, always smiling and such a gem!!!

As a young person in a group, this is a great resort with lots of food options and a strong party atmosphere. Everything is clean and well maintained, there is always something going on and the drinks are always flowing. Raphael/Shanthy was a great entertainer, who was passionate about his job and always made sure to keep everyone included. The gym in the resort next door (Onyx) was also a nice touch. But as an older person with dietary requirements it was quite difficult. It was a challenge to get a starter and then a main course that caters to a Vegetarian/Vegan diet. Getting service from staff can be a challenge if you are not a young American who tips well. Certain members of the entertainment team were chasing pretty women, but would ignore older people who equally need to be included. I would advise making it clear that this resort is catered for young adults since anyone over 30 was treated quite poorly.

The food was absolutely wonderful, and the overall atmosphere created by your staff made my experience truly enjoyable. Everyone I encountered was warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile, which made a lasting impression. I especially appreciated the promptness and professionalism of your housekeeping team. Whenever I called to request extra towels and washcloths, they were delivered right away. The same excellent service was provided when I requested additional tea bags, sugar, and soda—everything arrived quickly and without any inconvenience. I was also impressed by the thoughtful courtesy call I received the night before my departure, offering assistance with my luggage. That level of attention and care truly reflects your commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, I had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will gladly recommend your hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you again for such a pleasant and memorable experience.

Very good experience at Breathless. Xhale club is a great relaxing atmosphere. There’s plenty of activity options at the various pools. Each one has its own vibe. We will definitely return!

What a holiday to remember !! I can honestly say this was the best holiday I’ve been on from arriving and being greeted with drinks and a swift check in to our rooms that was very clean not to mention how comfortable the beds was I had the best sleep while their. The resort itself was beautiful had a couple of pools to choice from and the beach with amazing entertainment though out the reps hottie, javier, Micheal and Miledys was brilliant they was polite friendly and really made our holiday special with great fun activities thought out we had such an amazing time thanks to them all they definitely made it a holiday to remember and for the food it was very tasty had dinner at the restaurants and that was the best food I’ve ever eaten overall the holiday couldn’t accommodate any more for us it had everything and more to do we all really enjoyed it and I’d definitely be coming back ! Thank you again to the reps they really was amazing
