We are not all inclusive people but were invited here for a wedding and it was a great experience. The employees are wonderful and extremely responsive. I am gluten free and they were very responsive to my dietary needs. Had options available at every restaurant and meal and if they were not available had a food concierge who facilitated that experience. The cabanas and service, although an extra charge, were worth it. The nightly shows were incredible. The only two complaints I have is our room was adjoining and you could hear things in the room next to ours and the sales pitch about the the club or time share was not worth the free voucher money.

Fernando made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure my wife's accessibility concerns were addressed. He was outstanding and made us feel like family. Thank you so much!

This was our second stay at this hotel, two years in a row and we absolutely loved it!!! Can not fault anything here. The staff are brilliant, so friendly & welcoming wherever you go. The food in the buffet is fantastic, so much choice I never got bored & everywhere is immaculately clean. The beach is absolutely beautiful, we spent all our time here & the beach bar team are fabulous - big shout out to Daniel great guy along with Yenny, Arelis & Ruth. They made our time on the beach. The Nook coffee shop, the entertainment team, the lobby bar, I could go on all absolutely faultless. We will be back!!!

This resort was beautiful and super clean EVERYWHERE. The options for food and drinks was top notch and the staff across the resort were welcoming and kind! We really enjoyed the entertainment each day, and marveled at the skill and the hard work that each member of the entertainment team showed. They remembered our names and where we were from, and even invited us to try out activities and things we hadn't considered. Our VIP Host, Willy, was quick to respond and was always available for a chat. We cannot wait to come back!

Breathless Resort truly lived up to its name. This was our first trip outside of the U.S., and booking through Costco made everything seamless, from flights to airport transportation. The staff at Breathless were incredibly welcoming and kind. We booked the Xhale Club, and our concierge Joel was outstanding. He checked in with us daily, shared the resort schedule, and made sure we always had what we needed. He even took time to find us around the resort to see how we were doing, which made our experience feel very personalized. There were friendly and welcoming staff members throughout the entire resort. We really enjoyed both the pool and the beach. While the beach had quite a few vendors, they were a bit persistent at times, but it did not take away from the overall experience. The waitresses around the pool and beach were attentive and quick, always making sure we had drinks. The bartenders were also efficient and friendly. All of the restaurants we visited were excellent, with great food and perfect portion sizes. The Barefoot Grill was a favorite for quick lunches and snacks, offering burgers, hot dogs, fries, nachos, salad, fruit, and ice cream. The drinks were well made and generously poured. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean and even created fun designs on the bed. We also used room service twice for dessert, and it was delicious. The activities and shows were entertaining, with something happening every day. The staff appreciated tips but never made us feel obligated. We had an amazing trip and would absolutely love to visit Breathless again.
