The resort is beautiful, but the staff is amazing! We enjoyed our time at Breathless and found the resort to be beautiful with plenty of entertainment available. We upgraded to Exhale and it is more than worth it. Willy was our concierge and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary. Willy surprised us every day with a new way to celebrate it. If we had a question our a need, Willy was there to accommodate us. He was also kind enough to make sure i had a constant supply of peanut m&ms. We also rented a bali bed on the beach for two days. Our beach attendants, Eduardo and Franz, spoiled us for the entire two days. Mimosas, pizza, ice cream, snacks brought to us as we relaxed and listened to the beach waves. The food was as we expected. We enjoyed the French restaurant and the hibachi for dinner. The Spoon had an amazing breakfast buffet. We really enjoyed our time at the resort. I would not hesitate to go back.

Very nice resort. Good food and pools. Beach was really nice. Willy made everything so easy for us. Only knock was the vendors on the beach that would stop asking us to buy things.

Location is nice and quiet. The design of the hotel is nice, but looks like all of the other Hyatt resorts. Atmosphere is basically very loud music. Rooms are pretty small. There was hair on the robes and towels. The worst part about this resort is everything, and I mean everything, closes very early. This is supposed to be an adults only resort. They even say that the beach is closed at 6pm. Really insane. It is a beach open to the public, but you are forbidden to get into the ocean after 6pm. You can't get towels past 6pm. There are no bars open past 12am. Drinks are weak and they cannot make speciality shots. Food is especially bland. Would not recommend to anyone. When making a reservation for the one restaurant that requires it, they do not make reservations past 5pm. You will also likely have to go in person to the concierge as they don't answer the phone.

Great atmosphere, fantastic service from the staff! Manuel went above and beyond for our group, made sure everything went smoothly while we were there and until we made it back home!

Don’t read into all the bad reviews !!!We all came down for a week in June. We usually stay at excellence resorts. But wanted to give this one a try. There were 10 of us and we never had any issues at all. We visited the Dreams resort also. There were a lot neg reviews that we seen after we booked. So kinda scared us. We can’t say nothing but good things about this place. We did have a butler ( Willy ) Would rate him 100 percent. Everything we ask for from meds , dinner reservations, any issues that came up. He was on top of it. Plenty of stuff to do. Staff is freindly. All our food was great. Would visit again. A
