We had a great 2 weeks at Dreams Cap Cana. Our initial butler Gary made wonderful and thoughtful things happen. Heri finished our festivities perfectly. We enjoyed our time at the preferred pool with Elian. He was incredibly encouraging and actually got me to participate in a few games. My granddaughter grew very fond of Elian who took time out of his very busy schedule to wish us a safe trip home in the lobby. Restaurants were delicious and we enjoyed Garfield from the Oke restaurant.

I've traveled to many places and stayed at many beautiful properties, but my experience at Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa was truly something special. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, cared for and encouraged to simply slow down and enjoy where I was. This was, without question, one of the best vacations I've ever taken. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The grounds, pools, restaurants and overall atmosphere created the perfect balance between relaxation and fun. What made the experience exceptional, though, was the people. **Ivan** set the tone for my entire stay. He recognized my World of Hyatt Globalist status and surprised me with an upgrade to a gorgeous villa. I had casually asked about the villas during check-in, never expecting that I would actually get to experience one. Walking into that villa completely changed the trajectory of my vacation. Having my own space and private pool gave me moments of peace and stillness that I didn't even realize I needed. Every time I returned to my villa, I genuinely thought, *I belong here.* Ivan, thank you for making an already exciting arrival unforgettable. My butler, **Carlina**, helped make the experience even more remarkable. She was kind, attentive and available whenever I needed assistance. Having someone making sure the little details were taken care of allowed me to simply relax and enjoy my vacation. Carlina, thank you for taking such wonderful care of me. **Federico**, one of the restaurant supervisors, deserves special recognition as well. As a vegetarian, dining from fixed menus can sometimes be challenging, but Federico consistently made sure I enjoyed my meals. When something wasn't quite right or there wasn't an obvious option for me, he didn't simply accept that I would go without—he found a solution. From arranging a fresh rice-noodle and vegetable dish to making it possible for me to enjoy the Italian pesto penne I wanted while dining at the steakhouse, his kindness and willingness to accommodate me stood out. Those gestures may sound small, but they made me feel genuinely cared for as a guest. And then there was **Elian**, who made every day at the pool feel like an event! Between the music, laughter and infectious energy, he made it impossible not to have a good time. Some of my favorite memories are simply being by the pool, enjoying the music, laughing and taking in the atmosphere he helped create. **Juana** added another beautiful personal touch to my villa each day. Coming back to find creative towel swans, hearts and flowers waiting for me made me smile every single time. Those thoughtful details made my already-beautiful space feel even more special. What I'll remember most about Dreams Cap Cana isn't any single amenity. It was how I **felt** while I was there. I had space to breathe. I could spend time laughing and enjoying myself with friends and then retreat to the quiet of my own villa. I could sit beside my pool in complete silence, watch the water and simply appreciate where I was. At one point I turned off the movie I was watching because I realized that being completely present in that beautiful environment was better than anything I could have been watching on a screen. That's what this vacation gave me: the opportunity to slow down and truly be present. To Ivan, Carlina, Federico, Elian, Juana and the entire Dreams Cap Cana team: **thank you.** You didn't simply provide excellent service—you created an experience I will remember for years. I arrived expecting a beautiful vacation. I left already wanting to return. **Five stars, without hesitation.** ?????

Great place to unplug for a few days! We thoroughly enjoyed everything the resort had to offer dinners in the garden, refreshing morning drinks, live music, spotless rooms, and plenty of activities like beach volleyball. You can truly relax and have fun at the same time. They have waterslides for kids, dance lessons, and night events where you can dance to great music. A special mention to Chispita????, who works tirelessly, keeps the energy high around the pool, and makes everyone feel welcome. Her English was excellent, making all our interactions super smooth and comfortable hang on to her, she’s amazing at what she does! Big thanks to the whole team for their warm hospitality.

CHISPITA was AMAZING!!!! she made my stay feel like home. We had the best time dancing by the pool. 10 stars!!!!
