My wife and I were to the hotel to celebrate or 10th wedding anniversary and her 40th birthday. The 1st day we were a little bit disappointed about the beach.The hotel has , which was not as we were expecting but the staff made us forget about it. We had a really nice time at the main pool bar with Domingo, Alexis and Madrigal. We took a tour to Saona Island so we could enjoy a beautiful and nice beach. The food was amazing and the staff on all restaurants were above and beyond all the time specifically Alvaro , Estalin. Elina and Anny frome Explorer's kids Club made our kids stay wonderful!!. Cleaning ladies always attentive to our needs. The concierge made my wife's birthday very special and our Anniversary night unforgettable. Thank you so much Dioselyn. I would definitely come back.

I had a wicked good time at this resort and couldn't be happier with how well we were taken care of. A few major highlights for me: the live country music, the refreshing drinks they make with so much love, dinner at the Italian spot, the sushi making class, the pool hall, the mechanical bull, and the fire shows. My absolute favorite people in the whole place were (CHISPITA) , who made me feel super special with her dancing and effortless charm (hands down the absolute best member of the staff here!),, and ALMA, whose service was top notch. I’ll be back real soon!

From the start, endy helped us and gave us a tour while showing our room. He was very professional and gave a good first impression about the resort

INCREDIBLE experience! Awesome food and drinks. We splurged and got a villa and it was amazing I may not be able to go back to. Regular room again. We were assigned a butler and Seneida was the BEST!!! She made sure we always had everything we needed and as This was an anniversary trip she even prepared a bath with roses for us. Seriously she was so awesome. Trip was awesome all around. Highly recommend!

Everything is a scam. We were not greeted with drinks as expected. We were scammed and treated like money bags at every turn. No tour when we arrived, we found out where everything was on our own. Service was either nonexistent or slow. We had a butler who was very nice and tried to be helpful, but the overall experience was poor. We enjoyed the romantic dinner and the sever was excellent. He was the best experience of the entire place. Food was horrible.
