Nice property

Very nice experience, service was great from most of the staff. Food was good. Rooms and property is super clean and beautiful. If you want beach, not the place to go, so many rocks. The kids explorer, we asked if they can paint a little butterfly on my daughters cheek and they refused, they were only willing to do a pirate theme drawing which my daughter didn't want. One of the hostess was rude and didn't want to seat us until the manager came over and said that there are seats available and that we don't need to wait. The hostess during breakfast Andrea was so kind and made my girls feel special. Overall a nice experience

The property was nice. Food was good, especially for an all inclusive. Eramy was the name of our concierge and he was awesome.
Unforgettable Stay at Hyatt Dreams Cap Cana!

Our experience at Hyatt Dreams Cap Cana was nothing short of amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were immaculate, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the beach was absolutely pristine. We especially loved the relaxing pool areas and top-notch service throughout the resort. Truly a dream getaway — we can’t wait to come back!

Half way thru our stay and everything is amazing. Resort well maintain, landscape beautiful. Room A1 and all service you want. Because of seaweed season, we have to stay in the pool. Sea Legs Swim-up pool…. WOW. One friend (bartender) we meet Jordani, what a amazing service he is offering, you ask, he prepare. No time to have empty glass. His service is amazing At night we go the The Palm Bar where their have live music every night and we also have a new friend Francisco… best espresso martini and creme de menthe. Overall so far is so nice and good. Very good job @dreamscapcana

Dreams Capa Cana, formerly Margaritaville is a stunning new resort in the DR. Ascetically, the resort looks and feels high end in every restaurant, bar, and pool. The grounds are immaculate on property. The beach looks pretty from afar, but if the beach is important to you on vacation, this is not the place. Arguably one of the worst beaches I’ve been to. We are from Florida, so beach on vacay does not make or break our trip. Overall, I highly recommend Dream Cap Cana for a family vacation, though know that there are some growing pains in the transition from Margaritaville to Hyatt/ Dreams. Service exceeded my expectations, especially Coca Cola in entertainment and Luis in the Preferred Lounge. Special shot out to the the pool staff at Sea Legs who went out and got fresh coconuts for my family and friends to enjoy on our last day. Thanks Keury, Going that extra mile made such a huge impact on our trip. I’d also like to thank Jose G. For helping make our trip special. The pools are all awesome and each one brings a unique feel. I especially loved Sea Legs and Kaiman pool bars with high energy music all day long. Evening entertainment in the lobbies was top notch. We heard Vidal sing three nights in a row and he did not disappoint. Evening shows were just okay. Spa experience was very good, I did a hydrotherapy and an 80 minute relaxing massage and everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a splurge, the spa will take very good care of you. The food… I realize it is an all inclusive and I am by no means expecting a five star meal, however, I have been to several Dreams in the past, and the food here has been by far the worst. I struggled finding food at the buffet. The sit downs were a little better, but compared to other properties by this brand, not my favorite by a long shot. Considerations for the Preferred Lounge, service and drinks were great. However, in other properties you needed a room key to get into the lounge, here anyone could just waltz in. I don’t think people were but felt less exclusive. Also, I was disappointed in the lack of snacks in the preferred lounge. In other Dreams properties, my family and I always looked forward to a pre dinner or mid day grab and go snack in there.
