Overpriced for what it is. Long wait times at restaurants was a bummer. Not a bad resort for families, but you’re paying premium pricing for the location of the property and vicinity to the airport (PUJ), not the quality the resort has to offer. Needed a business center / conference room for work, but unfortunately the resort was unable to provide one. Gym flooring needs work. Tripping hazards all over the floor space. I notified the “trainer” at the gym. Seemed like he was more concerned at looking at the females working out on the treadmills. Do better. Wait staff at the Italian restaurant was great. If front desk staff could observe this and take note, maybe paying guests would be treated more politely. This was a comp trip for business, but we are not returning. For the prices this resort is charging, just go next door to the Sanctuary.

Jarinel , was a wonderful bar tender and awesome fun at enjoyed her taking care of us looking forward to having her with us again enjoyed an awesome person.

We have traveled twice to Dreams Cap Cana, both as a couple and with other couples and have enjoyed both stays! The staff is really attentive, the grounds are so clean and our villa room is beautiful! The service is top notch and we wanted for nothing.

Went to Candela for dinner and had an amazing server, Anderson and Carmarero Great experience would definitely go again!

We had a family trip planned to go to Jamaica the week before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately our plans had to be changed with only about 2 weeks notice due to Hurricane Melissa wrecking havoc on the beautiful island of Jamaica. Dreams Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic fit all 19 of us in. We had 7 rooms total and the resort was very nice and accommodating. We had 2 personal concierge’s at Dreams Cap Cana, Juan and Johan. They were AMAZING and by far exceeded our expectations. They helped set up reservations for 19 every night and went above and beyond on every single request that we had. The trip would not have been the same without their help!! These gentlemen deserve a huge amount of praise (and a raise too). Thank you to ALL of the Dreams Cap Cana employees, every one of them were pleasant and made this family vacation one for the books.
