We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this resort. Our butler was Ruben who was fantastic, he went above and beyond for us to ensure all our dinners were booked and also ensuring we had our travel needs met and anything else we needed. We couldn’t recommend him more. The resort and spa were beautiful, the food was absolutely lovely and there was so much to do at the resort. We can’t wait to come again

We will definitely be back to this resort. The service was excellent. Daniel and the crew at POP were wonderful! Our butler Meldy went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. And Carmen, who works during breakfast in Las Torres is one of our favorite employees at this property. She is kind, welcoming, and goes out of her way to make the guests feel special. She is an absolute treasure! All of the staff are amazing!

We first visited three years ago, and we stayed for three weeks this time. The best parts for us were the gym and the nightly DJ in the Grand Palladium Punta Cana lobby. Special shout-outs to DJ Crema in the Punta Cana lobby, as well as Gregory, Anji, and Marleny in the gym—they made our stay extremely memorable. During the day, we worked out in the gym every day, and at night, we would dance to Latin music in the Punta Cana lobby before heading to the Sports Bar for the live singers. We also took the pottery class held every Thursday on the terrace next to Helios restaurant and enjoyed it very much. The food is fine, just like before. The best restaurants are Kusko, Portofino, and El Dorado. Portofino and El Dorado are very difficult to book, so be sure to reserve them early. We did all our reservations through the app, which worked pretty well. The butler can also help you with reservations if you aren't comfortable using the app. If you go to El Dorado, you must order the beef ribs—they melt in your mouth! So good! However, the activities have changed a lot since our last visit. Nighttime activities have been drastically reduced; there used to be two or three shows per week, but now it is just daily live piano music and a beach party on Sundays. They even canceled my favorite, the "Roaring 20s" show, which was very disappointing. Because of this, we went to the other two hotels within the complex for dancing and entertainment. Part of the resort is under remodeling, so some restaurants are closed. The impact on our stay wasn't severe because we were staying on the other side (TRS Turquesa). Overall, we had a lot of fun and will definitely consider coming back again because of the gym trainers and the Punta Cana lobby DJ.  La pasamos muy bien.

We had an amazing trip from the start to the end. Our butler, Edward, was fantastic, as was every other staff member we encountered. Room was super clean every day, and we took full advantage of all the indulgences on the resort, including the beach, pool, daily activities, and Chic. All were amazing.

Just spent a week at TRS Turquesa and had a wonderful stay, totally enjoyed the swim up suite & it's location. Food was hit or miss. Was here for partial vacation & then Business.
