This hotel was a great place to stay for 2 weeks. There are loads of restaurants and the staff at each of them are so lovely and helpful. Loads of different activities to do or you can just lounge around the many different pools and relax. At TRS we stayed in the quiet buildings that each have their own pools and this was a quiet chilled vibe. Or you can go to one of the busier pools for more of a party vibe. We don’t normally go back to the same resort more than once but we are booking for next year ??

The resort was great, grounds well attended, staff were amazing. All Butler's are not creared equal though. Of our group of 22 some Butlers did more than others. My Butler, was super sweet, but other Butlers did a little more for their party. Would I return? Absolutely!

First time in TRS Torquesa, 2nd time in Punta Cana. Everything went great. We stayed at building 57 for 1 wk and had the pleasure of having Nancy as our butler. Nancy went above and beyond in making sure that what we needed and wanted were addressed. Nancy is just not professional but caring- we were just not guests with room numbers- we were treated with outmost respect . If anyone decides to stay at TRS- I hope you will have the opportunity to be cared for all the service staff of building 57! Also a great shout out to butler Jose who made sure that our dinner reservations were made on time, Steven the pool bartender and to the housekeeping and room service staff. Many many thanks to all of you!

We booked our annual 2 week vacation in February 2025 for November They never told us that 1/3 of the resort would be ripped up April - December for renovations The booking people knew about the renovations This included the theatre, sports bar , sports plex We did not get access to these main attractions because of the renovations It hampered our holiday We did not appreciate not being told We would have waited till next year to travel had they told us this was disappointing The resort had 1000 guests of a possible 2500 So 1500 guests stayed away Too bad we didn’t this time We love the resort the people etc and have been here 6 times for 2 weeks at a time Don’t travel here unless the resort is full capacity

The food was excellent. There were many great choices for any diet. The beach was gorgeous. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay.
