Our stay was amazing, our personal butler rodny took excellent care of us making sure we had everything we needed.

It was lovely, Rodny was absolutely lovely he assisted us with all our needs! The beach was beautiful!

Cesareo was the best butler! He was always so willing to help and was good with suggestions too! He and my husband set up a beautiful evening surprise after dinner reservations Cesareo had made for us! He was phenomenal!

TRS is located on a beautiful white sand beach with gorgeous blue waters. The grounds are immaculate. The pool is a gathering place for people to meet. The guests are mostly age 40 and up, but don’t worry about having fun! From the time we checked in, Randy, our butler took good care of us. He made our dinner reservations for the week so we would not worry about it. He sent daily activities to our phone and always stopped to say hello with a smile and sunny disposition. Greatly appreciate the special care. Two other individuals stood out to us for their excellent service. Jose Luis at the TRS pool always met us with a smile and positive attitude. No matter how busy, he was he took time to talk. He is very personable. Cristian, the waiter at La Adelita, the Mexican restaurant was the best we had. He was most pleasant and talkative. He was very attentive to whatever we needed. He seemed to enjoy his job! We had a beachside jacuzzi suite, which was spacious. Daily housekeeping kept it clean and sparkling. Only drawback was lack of electrical outlets for charging electronics. We had brought an outlet with two plugs and USB/USBC ports. We visited the 2 Brazilian restaurants along with French, Spanish, Mexican, teppanyaki and Italian ones. The food presentation is beautiful. We always found something delicious to order. We had a wonderful week and have no hesitation returning

My wife and I had several beautiful moments during our stay, and a number of staff members truly stood out, but overall TRS did not deliver the 5-star experience it advertises. We enjoyed a wonderful couples massage, a very special romantic beach dinner with excellent service, and a relaxing day in the Bali Bed area where our server went above and beyond. These were the highlights of our trip, and we appreciated the kindness and effort of the individual employees who made those moments memorable. However, the resort itself fell short in several important areas. Our room felt dated and worn, with a shaky table, a broken curtain track, and very limited storage. The marble floors, stairs, and shower were extremely slippery when wet. The hot tub took a long time to fill and drain, and one of the TV remotes did not work while the other controlled both TVs at once. We also had repeated issues with our wristbands failing to unlock the door, requiring multiple trips to the front desk. Food quality was inconsistent. Some à la carte meals were enjoyable, but the buffets were limited and uneven. Breakfast improved once we discovered the QR code menu, but overall dining did not meet the standard we expected from a 5-star property. The most disappointing part of our stay was the Travel Club pressure. We were approached immediately after check-in and were taken to what we thought was a breakfast reservation, only to find ourselves in a sales presentation. Even after declining, we were pressured again the next day and had difficulty disengaging. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and detracted from our ability to relax. While several staff members were excellent and we created wonderful memories together, the combination of room condition issues, inconsistent food, and aggressive sales tactics made the overall experience fall short of the luxury standard TRS promotes. We loved our time together, but the resort itself did not meet 5-star expectations.
