This was our second visit to the TRS, and once again, we were not disappointed. The service, housekeeping and the staff especially, Luisanny, our Butler, our housekeeper (sorry I forget her name) building 55, Miguel at La Boheme, Delores and Faireny were all outstanding. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made our stay enjoyable. We look forward to our third visit in the near future.

The onsite music and food was absolutely amazing can’t wait for our next trip to this wonderful site, the staff can not do enough for you!!

We have been to many all inclusive adult only resorts and have had a wonderful time. And having read lots about this resort we were so excited for this trip, but soon came down to earth with a thud. Whilst the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are just ok. The food was beyond disappointing in most restaurants, but the most upsetting part of the whole trip was the terrible service. We had a few good experiences, however, we have never experienced a resort where we were treated so poorly. Literally as if we were invisible or an inconvenience. Trying to get a simple glass of water was like mission impossible. Multiple times of waiting for over an hour for food orders. Extremely rude staff and poor attitudes. The tipping situation was out of control. Staff too busy looking for money on tables and going to grab it instead of focusing on serving you. It was very unpleasant to watch and felt uncomfortable. It felt very unprofessional and not what you would expect from a resort at this price point. We paid for the upgrade and 5 out of 8 nights didn’t even receive turndown service. The tip we left in the room was taken, though. One of the days we were in the premium pool area and didn’t get any drinks service at all, all day. Nothing, not one drink! However, other people around the pool were getting waited on all day. It was so disorganised everywhere we went. Chic was a great show, but we ate our first course and the waiter came to collect our plates and tipped our used cutlery onto the table with attitude for us to use for our next course. Not acceptable! No side plate to put it on, or heaven forbid, clean cutlery. The whole trip was such a disappointment. I would not recommend this resort at all.

This is a very chill and laid back resort no wild parties. The food was what you would expect. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The view is beautiful. The sand feels like silk. Two things I didn’t like about the resort. The don’t stock the mini bar like they are supposed to even if you call. And on are second to last day a housekeeper named Ruth stole 400 hundred dollars out of my woman purse as I was sitting on the balcony. So be careful also random workers would just come in your room during the day before you could get to the door acting like something was wrong but they had the wrong room they were no expecting us to be in the room during the day. So please keep all your valuable the can fit in the safe at all times even if you are in the room.
