We had an amazing time during our stay at TRQ Turquesa and we will definitely be coming back! Our butler Luisa was the best butler we could have wished for! Absolutely amazing! She helped us with all our requests and did so with a smile on her face. She was very nice and always happy and supportive! She even decorated the room for my husband's birthday without us asking! Please give her a raise, as she totally deserves it! :) Thank you again Luisa, for making our stay perfect! Thank you to the cleaning ladies as well who kept the room really nice and decorated the bed every day with flowers and beautiful shapes made out of towels! We absolutely loved the beach and the sea. Very well maintained and always chairs available. The bars were really good, both inside the hotel and at the beach. We ate at the buffet at Capricho most evenings because the food was really good and had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The few à la carte restaurants we went to were also very good! We really enjoyed La Bohème and Bhogali. All in all a great experience surrounded by happy people. A truly unforgettable vacation!

The resort itself was very nice and clean. The swim up rooms were amazing! The food was just OK, not great. It was VERY quiet and relaxing... I wish there were more restaurant options on the adult only section.

TRS hotels was everything! From the time I arrived, until the time I left, all of the employees went above and beyond to make my first time experience to Punta Cana, one to remember.

This was a nice trip for our first all inclusive out of the country USA. The staff and drivers were very nice and the butler was so nice and accommodating. I will study my Spanish when I return . The language barrier was a challenge at first.
