Our stay was amazing. We were there from March 18 to 28. I can’t say enough about the entire resort. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. They truly made you feel like family. A big shout out to our butler Nilson. You made us feel special. The pool bar staff were outstanding. Rafael the bartender always had a smile on his face. The waitresses Delores and Fairny(not sure if it’s spelled right) always knew what we wanted to drink and kept them coming regularly. They work very hard. And finally the entertainment guys. Williams and Luiyi. They were always dancing and singing and making everyone around them laugh. We will definitely be back. Keep the dirty monkeys chilled Rafael.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at TRS Turquesa! I stayed with my partner and seven other friends, and it was an incredible experience, from the welcoming atmosphere upon arrival to the warm and friendly checkout and departure. Our butler, Marcos, was phenomenal, and made us feel like we were the only guests in the entire hotel! He attended to our every need, was very warm and friendly, and made sure we were comfortable and welcomed. He even managed to run a very romantic bubble bath for us while we were out on an excursion, complete with rose petals and champagne, much to our absolute delight! I simply can't say enough good things about TRS Turquesa and its staff. The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous and has many restaurants and pools, and the beach was in walking distance for us (46F & 46M). The beach is stunning, well-maintained, and there are plenty of beach chairs and towels - although you must get up very early and claim the chairs because they get claimed very quickly every day! The wait staff on the beach were wonderful and very friendly, and made sure we all had the beverages and snacks we needed. There are a lot of little shops along the beach for souvenirs, and lots of activities and excursions to be had just by asking the many resort staff! All in all, we cannot wait to go back!

I really liked Xiomara from the food truck. She was very kind and friendly and always had a smile on her face. She worked everyday we were there. I would definitely recommend going to the food truck for great customer service!

This was such a life changing experience. The people are so nice and accommodating . We cannot wait to come back!!!

We stayed from Feb 27 to March 13, 26 to celebrate our 42nd anniversary. Overall, our stay was wonderful at this beautiful resort. We were in building 56 in the TRS Turquesa adults only section. We will be returning to this resort! Our Butler, Eury, was fantastic and took great care of us. We highly recommend him. A few issues. The room was generally great, large and well equipped but some maintenance was badly needed. The curtains are old and starting to fall apart. One lamp in the room is broken with the head held on using tape. When it fell over, the cleaning staff just made it stand up straight supported against the wall. A new lamp is the correct fix! The filtering system for the swim up pool for our building was broken for the full 2 weeks of our stay. Staff were manually cleaning debris out of the pool but no proper filtering. Finally, the lobby bar were consistently replacing the contents of the high end Hennessy Cognac with cheap Dominican Brandy. I had to call them out 4 times on this. They would then get approval and open a new bottle in front of me. Any bartender that knew me each night would take that bottle out of a cupboard for me. Otherwise, new staff would pour from the display bottles and I would need to complain again. This is NOT how a 5 star resort works! Do better TRS!
