This trip was an anniversary gift and the hotel made it wonderful. Everything else was great! I love how the hotel has little trolleys to take you around the enormous property. When we asked out butler, Cesearo to run a jacuzzi for us it was beautiful and he added decor. It is a very chill and relaxing resort. I also like that you have easy access to local souvenir shop If you like to party, this isn’t the place for you. But if you are looking for a relaxing kid free get away- do it! Overall, I recommend this resort!

I went just for a night to see where I want to go with my partner next time. it is not a cheap place. Because it was just a night I didn’t get some welcome gift and most importantly When I got there no one and I mean no one explained things and times like pools or what they have at the resort or where to eat. You have to take little trams all over and there is only slow music or silence around the pools. Also i used the app to figure out room service and they don’t have a Dominican breakfast or many options. They said one guy was my butler but he wasn’t. The beds are hard and the toilet paper holder was falling off. The first room they took me to was dirty the second the lock didn’t work so we went to three. The food lacks flavor but for the lack of service I would never ever go back. Francisco is the one who helped me and joel helped me to check out. I go to Punta Cana all the time

The customer service at TRS is stellar beyond compare! You feel welcome right away! They make every effort to make your time with them a beautiful celebration. Returning this year, we were instantly greeted with great joy by staff that remembered us from the previous year. They are so thoughtful, attentive, fun, helpful and kind! Delores’s heart for service is beyond compare as a 21 year employee! Angela and Stephanie are amazing hostesses that have treated us like family from our first meeting! The atmosphere of love at this resort makes for an amazing time of respite and joy! Book here! You will be so thankful you did!

I stayed in building 53 and had a wonderful vacation. My initial butler was Juan V. and he was amazing. He was available to assist with any request. I was disappointed when he was assigned to another building. The trolley drivers Daniel and Felix were so friendly and always had a smile on their faces. My room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed stepping out the sliding doors and directly into the swim up. I can't wait to plan another trip.
