place is nice but overrun by fireants that bite . had a really bad experience switching my room to something more quiet. the sailing trip we bought from the hotel was a total disaster. my wife was served food she is alergic too. got her really sick.

We have stayed at numerous resorts in the Caribbean and this one is just average. We were in a Privilege Suite which is definitely big enough just dark and outdated. Room was cleaned by Cristian and she did a very good job. We had breakfast at BLoved, food and service was good. Lunch was at buffet, the food was repetitive, but it was cool inside as it was 95 every day. We had dinner at all the restaurants except Japanese. Favourite was Italian least favourite was the Burger. The Beef Tenderloin at the Grill is good, if you like it Medium Rare order Medium. Their is no specific Quiet Pool, and The Privilege Pool is small and their are lots of children there. Not that we don't like kids, we have 4, and 11 Grandchildren, we just prefer quiet on vacation, so we spent most of the time at the beach. The layout of the property could be better setup, the BLoved is not close to the Privilege Pool and you have to climb 3 sets of steep stairs. Bartenders were good, but bars were lacking most High End Liquor. Lobby Bar Area is underwhelming. So if you want to just get away it's not a bad resort, just not for us.

not good. Help was good except hardly anyone spoke English even though most of your customers were from US and Canada. Teach your people some rudimentary English. Food was not great as I expected. Got sick. Wife and son-in-law spent 2 days throwing up and in bed. No place to get away from the noise except in the room.

Staff does not give you info other than your room number. Was not provided early check in. Three non-reservable restaurants and one was closed for construction, by the main pool. Constant construction noise. Two nights, one of the others was closed as well. Beach is non-existent. Room is upgraded Motel 6 room. Zero info and zero response to complaints

Horrendous hotel, rude staff, inedible food, Tui should be ashamed of themselves, dirty rooms with a strange smell like dirty drains, worst holiday I've had for the price will not be returning !!!! As I have to do 200 characters I'll continue, I asked one of the servers in the dining room for water and watched her as she went into the kitchen and used the tap water which I told her I had seen when she proceeded to pass it to me, she was horrified I had seen her die it and swiftly closed the kitchen door. I could go on and on about this place, please don't go guys as you will be very disappointed ?? ?? ?? ??
