I would like to give thanks to my 2 favourite Concierge people,Maria&Alfred, they helped out so much during our stay at the Riviera Maya Grand Resort&Spa. Thank you Maria and Alfred for my Birthday strawberries they were delicious Ty Ty to the both of my Concierge people.I recommend this resort because it is so big and they have a lazy river thats about a7 minute awesome ride, the Concierges are very helpful ,people are very respectful their. That was my husband and I first time being at that resort not to mention I celebrated my Birthday their it was awesome and warm.we have been to many different resorts in Mexico but I would go back to this resort again it Riviera Maya Grand Resort and Spa .Thanks Maria &Alfred for making our best trip ever xox…..

Rodriguaz from the swim up bars and beach bar was amazing!! Can’t say enough about him. He was super friendly, and always a joy. 100/100 ???? The resort was nice, we had an updated room and it was super clean and modern. We went with the privilege package and the room service was worth it alone. The à la carts were all tasty. The Italian restaurant was our favorite. The grounds are well maintained and clean. My only thing would be there isn’t music at the pool all day just when they have certain activities going on around it. The disco was a lot of fun, and the sports bar was a good time too. Would recommend this resort!

I still have nightmares about this dump. I would stay if you like: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUB PAR FOOD RESTAURANTS THAT WILL NOT SIT YOU WHEN THE ENTIRE PLACE IS EMPTY.... I was running late for my flight, they refused to check me out without turning in some sort of towel card. The card was in my room and they could have gotten it whenever. They literally sent 5 hotel workers after me, including 3 armed guards, to force me to return to my room, to get a piece of plastic, and give it to the front desk I was running late and missed my flight by 3 mins. I told them I did not have time and to charge it to the room, but they said that was not an option. But it was an option for me when I was checking out at the counter before we got into this heated exchange. You are gonna send guards after me for a card, that was $40, that you said you could charge to room if I did not want to go get it.... If this is type of place you want to spend your hard earned money....I warned you. AND I did not book this for me, it was a wedding, and I was not originally going. I had no choice but to stay here! I had the worst experience here before at another location and it seems this is the norm.

Excellent service! Alfredo from the grill restaurant ?? All the staff of the resort are very approachable, friendly and helpful! Excellent service! We stayed in one of the privileged premium roo, the room itself is modern, very clean! Beach is clean! The whole resort is excellent!

Very nice clean hotel. We got a reservation with no problem. Food ?? s amazing. Went to The Grill Steakhouse last night and Ivan was our server. Excellent service and very welcoming. Thank you Ivan for giving us a great experience. The one thing I wish was that we had a view from our room and not just looking at other rooms. Lori & Tim
