Stayed for a fortnight staff were wonderful expecially Leonardo the bat man in the Sports Bar couldn't do enough and is extremely excellent at his job 10 out of 10

Check in was very long winded emailed ahead advising two separate beds were needed due to having an op a few weeks before and mobility is not the best, tried to check me into a 3rd floor room no lift after waiting 15 mins watching the gentleman looking at a screen I asked if there was a problem he told me he was checking!!!! Room were just ok Mini bar had a can of beer each per day a can each of pepsi and two bottles of water on one day this was not topped up at all. Our hand towel were a no show for 3 days our shower did not work just the hand held went to reception twice for this on the third day it was looked at however it was so stiff I nor my roomy could pull the lever to switch from HH to main over head shower. Our staff in the room has a low battery which we ask at reception if they could sort for us to which we was told we had to go back to our room and dial security we ask seems we were standing there if they could help she said no we had to dial from the room, our room from reception was a good 5 min walk. Food was nice in all the restaurant although some of the staff in the Ayami were extremely rude due to one of the party being a little late an this spoiled the whole experience ( this was the one meal we had all been looking for to) we purposely booked this for our final night. We booked through TUI not once did we see our rep we asked at reception a few times for help contacting them they couldn't help, we had to book trips through one of the other reps there. Over all we enjoy our time together as a friendship group and most of the staff were great it is the odd few that spoilt it.. This hotel is no good if you are not fully mobile, there are no lifts and nothing is a short walk to get to with the complex. The beach whilst we were there was like laying on a building site tractor fumes from the collection of seaweed which was no ones fault this had to be collected and clear although I don't think the beach is great its certainly not as described.

I had to give the resort 3 stars, because sea weed is covering the entire beach, Bay swimming area, as a thick and smelly brown fermenting blanket..making swimming impossible. Nobody were swimming. Food, staff and cleanliness is top notch but the beach situation pulls the rating down.

I would give this resort a complete 5/5. We did our research and knew about the beach situation prior. They work so diligently to remove the algae in the mornings but we didn’t mind. The couples privledge romance packages is absolutely the way to go. We had the most amazing time. Roberto at Beloved and Carmen especially made our trip extra special with such outstanding hospitality and service!!! The food and drinks were AMAZING!!
