Absolutely Amazing

Everything was amazing. The only thing I would say is that the food could be better. I’m all about Mexican food and the experience. However I think maybe it would be better to cater to the people that are visiting. The food choices on the buffet are the only negative I can speak of

Us and they 30 others that were with us for a wedding had a terrible experience, since the time we checked in. They weren't helpful at all, they had literally the worst beach I've ever seen, the food was garbage, I had the runs along with multiple others. Would't upgrade our bracelets so we can go on the side that our whole wedding party was on (not the adult side)

What an excellent experience for those who have young families to anyone of the generational groups requesting the relaxation and comfort. never needing to worry about what to be done
Rude staff

Found the staff to be rude and not wanting to be there. Good luck trying to get a spot on the beach or near the pool, people come down at 7am and put their towels on the chairs. This should be staffed and a time limit on the vacant chairs, like other resorts do. We did not see any staff on the beach, or around the pools.

Absolutely awesome time!!! We will definitely be coming back soon!! Everything from the redort to the off resort excursions we're easy to navigate and the staff were all fantastic!!
