Great value resort

This is the second year in a row that we've gone to this resort. The food is good, the kids area for swimming, playing in the sand, playing in the slides is great. People are very nice and kind. My only problem is that the bed is too soft and because I have back problems, it made my back hurt even more.

Overall great trip but check in had our room 45 minutes later than anticipated which made us last to a wedding photoshoot. Bathroom was very dirty and not cleaned except for the toilet. Overall though it was great other than those things. Good food, good stay, hot weather, beautiful beach.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago service and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Love this resort, our 5 visit. Great friendly service. Say hi to.Jorge, Jorge, Ronaldo and Will. Lots of smiles from the Tropical check in staff. Always enjoyed the ambience of this hotel. So far our go to hotel within the complex. Until next time.

Love the place. Highly recommended. From the staff to the place and to the food, 2 thumbs up. Would love to go back there. The cleanliness, wow, no mosquito bite for me, yee. Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent place.
