We had a wonderful stay at Secrets Maroma 12/6-12/14/25. Our concierge Bramdon went above and beyond to make our stay magical. He arranged several suprise dinners and was always making sure we were taken care of. Thank you Bramdon for treating us like family. Thank you Rodrigo Chávez (food and beverage manager), Juan Mora (chef), Angel (bartender at swim up bar, Felipe (Himitsu waiter), Mauricio, Edy and Hugo pool concierge, Efrain (romantic dinners). The only let down was the nightclub and theater were closed for renovations (they open on December 20th). All the restaurants, preferred lounge have been remodel. They have done a really nice job with the renovations. Secrets Maroma Beach is a beautiful resort. We will see you again soon.

Absolutely loved our stay! The Italian restaurant was a true highlight—authentic flavors and impeccable service that made every meal unforgettable. Honestly, every restaurant at the resort impressed us with amazing food and top-notch service. The staff was a solid 10/10—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The drinks were incredible, perfectly crafted and refreshing. The pool and beach areas were absolutely brilliant, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The check-in process was seamless and welcoming, complete with a refreshing cold flannel and champagne on arrival—such a thoughtful touch! From start to finish, the whole experience was flawless. Can’t wait to come back!

Secrets is such a gorgeous resort and the staff are incredible! Angel was our concierge and he was very helpful. You will be waited on hand and foot. I enjoyed my stay and the beach.

Wonderful vacation from start to finish. The resort is in a perfect location, with a stunningly beautiful beach and fantastic pool and bar service. Our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully serviced every day. The food throughout the resort was phenomenal and exceeded our expectations. A special mention goes to our concierge, Angel Lopez, who was truly exceptional—warm, amiable, and incredibly attentive. He helped us seamlessly book spa services, arrange transportation, and take care of every detail, always checking in daily to make sure we had everything we needed. It was genuinely a pleasure getting to know him. Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and welcoming, making us feel valued at every turn. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely return.

We’ve just returned from our second visit to this Resort. The service was, again, excellent throughout our stay - literally from the first minute we drew up until the last minute we left. Bramdon ( our concierge) couldn’t have been more helpful. He was available to assist from early in the morning for the whole day - sometimes even until 9 p.m.. He was cheery, attentive and polite throughout ( as were all the other staff) and in the very unlikely event of us having had any problems, I am entirely confident that he would have had the instant answers! Further we met his boss, Aldo , who maintained a supervising eye , deliberately looking us out to see if we had any issues or suggestions needing addressing. Further, he made sure to set aside time to speak to us before we left to ensure that we had had a good holiday and all had gone smoothly throughout our relatively lengthy stay. The waiting staff were also all exceptional in each of the restaurants. Worth a mention is Roberto (the keen cyclist in the World café) who also assisted daily in my attempts to speak Spanish and, again, always made an extra effort to make us feel welcome. Definitely a place where we plan to return.
