Great place. Second trip here and they didn’t disappoint. Had an unfortunate incident at one of the restaurants, but it didn’t dampen our overall stay.

Room was beautiful and cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff was friendly and efficient and whatever my wife asked for was provided in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone heading to Cancun looking for a place to stay. Special shout out to our concierge Miguel and the service staff of building 24 for making our stay such a memorable experience. We never wanted for anything during our stay .

My husband and I enjoyed a quick getaway to this property and throughly enjoyed ourselves. We were especially impressed by the level of customer service, truly , every person we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. The resort was clean, beautiful and we really enjoyed all of the restaurants. Happy customers all around.

The beach is the best beach we have seen in Mexico! It was a great vacation spot. We enjoyed the preferred club.

My husband and I went here for an anniversary trip, and we were blown away by everything! From the check in process to even checking out! our Concierge Emmanuel was amazing, so helpful and hospitable, always so attentive and any issues we may have had he resolved right away and made us feel accommodated ! We had a great time whether on the beach or at the pool, the service was great, all the servers were so kind and always making sure we had what we needed. The food was awesome, all the restaurants were good! The entertainment was just right, and we had so much fun doing the Kayak Tour with Andre and Carlos! We also did the romantic dinner at the beach for our anniversary, and it was beautiful! The beach did have some seaweed, especially after one night where it stormed, but we were very impressed that the hotel was cleaning it and doing their best to clear it as much as possible. We loved everything we were able to experience, and wish we could’ve experienced more, but that just means we have to come back!! We definitely recommend visiting Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun!
