It was a great casino night made fun with an auction,Jennifer Saul and Sara want to thank Hector so much Jessica and the Italian restaurant both excellent service good food. Brilliant hotel we can't recommend enough

We just returned from an amazing week at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We opted for the Preferred Club upgrade, which added some nice perks like priority service and exclusive access areas—definitely worth considering if you want that extra level of attention. The highlight for us was the beach restaurant (the Preferred Club beach club area), which became our absolute favorite spot. The food, ambiance, and ocean views made every meal there feel special. Overall, the dining was outstanding—we loved nearly every meal across the resort's restaurants. I do love the morning buffet a lot - thank you, egg/omelet, ladies, every bite of fruit we had was very delicious!! Green juice is my absolute favorite! The only slight disappointment was the second outdoor BBQ; it wasn't nearly as good as the first, likely because we arrived a bit later, and some items were gone, so get there early. But that was a minor blip in an otherwise fantastic food experience. Our room was so lovely, everything about it was fantastic - the bedding was very comfortable, I slept like a log - the bathroom products were most enjoyable - we all commented on them!! I'm looking to find some online now that I'm home. Our building concierge, Roberto, stood out as exceptional—gracious, sincere, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He made everything smoother and more enjoyable. The entertainment was a pleasant surprise. The shows weren't extravagant, but they were well-done and offered something for everyone. We particularly enjoyed Boogie Nights (so much fun and energy!) and the Fire show, which was impressive and memorable, the dancers and singers were very enjoyable. The beach is hands-down the best I've ever seen—pristine white sand, gorgeous crystal-clear turquoise water, and that perfect stretch of undisturbed beauty and gentle ocean waves. The main pool is beautiful too. Once, we couldn't find lounge chairs, the staff quickly found and set some up for us—great service all around. If you're looking for a relaxing, romantic adults-only escape with top-notch beaches, solid food, and friendly staff, Secrets Maroma is a winner. We would happily return! Great memories!

By far my favorite resort. Impeccable facility and great food. The service was beyond compare. Our concierge, Roberto handled all details and allowed for an incredible stay.

A hidden gem, an all inclusive that feels like an al a carte hotel. Great service and fantastic amenities. This is was our second visit and wont be our last.

Great entertainment team. Especially Leonardo. He is full of energy and always smiling. Loved the sand painting class.
