This resort was absolutely amazing. GREAT food and exceptional service anywhere you turn. 10000/10000 recommend. Did not stay preferred level but it was not an issue at all

This was our 18th time to Secrets Maroma, beautiful resort and amazing people. From Freddie at breakfast and Carlos at the Seaside/Oceana for lunch, Francisco and Willian at the Seaside/Oceana at dinner we could not have received better service they are beyond excellent! Antonio at the Himitsu is spectacular! A big shout out to our girls Jessica and Carmen at the Lobby Bar, they give the extra love and make us feel so special and welcome. Our Mexican Maroma family is the BEST, we love you all?? If you are on the fence book it already, you will not be disappointed

Angel our concierge was amazing! All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Gloria was also at multiple events and was so attentive and kind. Can’t say enough good things about the resort and the staff.

This was our 3rd visit and did not disappoint. The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed the variety of activities from volleyball to biking to painting. The food is consistently good with lots of options. The staff goes above and beyond, especially pool servers Wilberth and Leo and our concierge Angel. Beach is gorgeous. Even though seaweed was more than we had ever experienced before, the effort put into clearing it was impressive and allowed us to enjoy the beach. Overall great stay at a beautiful resort.

The resort was BEAUTIFUL! The staff were friendly and attentive - especially our Building 25 Concierge Roberto Canul. We will back!
