We haven't even started our stay yet but already regret booking this resort. We are traveling we multiple families and some are already there. For several days now they are trying to make a la carte restaurant reservations with no luck. I was initially communicating with the concierge over email to try to make advance arrangements as we will be celebrating two different birthdays during our stay. The concierge was responsive at first, then went silent, and now emails are bouncing back because the mailbox is full. It sounds like we will be stuck eating buffet food for 9 nights. Why did we sign up for this??????

This was an amazing stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean place, amazing room service, great childcare services, highly recommended!

A good overall experience. Hotel has beautiful grounds and stunning landscape. Staff are amazing, friendly and well behaved. Food was generally good, el Dorado steakhouse and Sumptuori with Limber the chef and Jesus the host were specially great. We had painting sessions at the beach with Liz and Donald. Our kids loved this painting activity; very relaxing and enjoyable. The only downside to our trip was the fact that the suite garden we initially booked was only available with a king bed. We needed two double beds for our family of four so we had to downgrade to junior suite with no compensation.

Our stay was amazing! Thank you to Angel and Jade for helping us upgrade our room to white sands. We will definitely be returning to white sands because of them. Marisol and Viviana at the spa were amazing! Viviana did an amazing job on my husbands first pedicure! Overall our stay was great we had come with a big group and all were accommodated.

Our stay at the Grand Palladium White Sand was phenomenal. There is always something to do for everyone, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face, especially the bellboy Javier. It was the perfect mix of relaxing and thrilling, many amenities were offered. The resort is well maintained, clean, and very beautiful. Thank you so much for such a great vacation!
