Kids absolutely loved it here especially the kids club. Alex was amazing with them and my son adored her 10/10

It's my third time in this resort. Absolutely love it. The hotel is clean and food is delicious. Many restaurants to choose from. As a privilege member you are getting a royal treatments. A special thanks for our Butler Hersson. He made our vacation more enjoyable.

This was our 4th trip to the Ocean Riviera Paradise. We love it because it is a smaller resort, great food, nice rooms and exceptionally friendly staff. We have stayed in the family Daisy building, the El Beso Adults only section and our last two trips we tried the Privelege section. Definitely worth the upgrade! All areas have their own pool which is really nice. No overcrowding. But we upgraded to the Mastersuite swim up. Absolutely amazing! Big swimup, lots of privacy to float without anyone else around...it was glorious. In Privilege, you get a "butler". Ariz was ours. She checked in everyday and tended to anything we needed...or wanted, and even things we didn't know we needed. Like the Welcome back banner she put on our door, or the plate of macarons left in our room the day before we left. In Privelege you have your own building for all your meals if you wish. Roberto, Jose, Umberto, and Pedro, and others, made sure everything was perfect every day. The people make this resort a place you want to go back to, no matter which area you stay in. We will definitely be back.

We had a good stay overall, but I feel obligated to warn other families about a serious issue with booking children through this resort’s website. When I made our reservation, I very clearly entered the correct ages for our two children. Throughout the booking process, it showed that I was booking for two children. At no point did it appear that I was booking infants or babies. However, our confirmation email later showed the children listed as age 0 and 0. I noticed it, but assumed it was just a formatting or email error since the booking flow had consistently reflected two children. I regret not calling immediately to verify, but it feels like they are counting on this. At check-in, we were told that because the system showed our children as age 0, they had not been properly booked as children and we would need to pay additional charges. The total came to THOUSANDS of dollars! There was no flexibility and no willingness to acknowledge that this was clearly a website or system issue. After traveling with kids and arriving at the resort, we were essentially forced to pay. At the total price we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. What made this even more concerning is that we met FOUR other families at the resort who had the exact same issue after booking through the same site. Another family actually left and just went to the Riu instead. To be fair, the resort itself is nice and we did enjoy parts of our stay. That said, we have stayed at other resorts and had better overall experiences without being met with this kind of situation at check-in and a complete lack of response or help to mitigate the situation. I would not book here again based on this experience alone.

Second time staying at Ocean Riviera Paradise and it was just as amazing as the first. The food was very good, the resort is beautiful, and the entertainment was honestly one of the best parts of the trip. Huge shoutout to William (entertainment team) for always making us laugh, dancing with everyone, and keeping the energy high every night. Super professional and genuinely made the experience even better.
