Valerio was a fantastic server. All servers here at the Privilege for breakfast lunch and dinner are all amazing. Love the vibes. Food is tremendous. Recommend the Chateubriand beef steak for supper!

William was a very great worker, very kind, fun, and engaging. He made my vacation much more fun, interactive and enjoyable!

My spouse and I attended paint night with Gustavo and William and was amazing. We had wine and painted a small canvas with the equipment provided. Will definitely attend again.

My wife and I stayed here for a week from November 29 until December 6th 2025 in the El Beso section with a rooftop suite. The room, dated. Extremely. Water leaking from the ceiling by the closet, and stayed that way for the week. The rooms are in need of major updating. We tried to use the rooftop jacuzzi, but the damn thing wouldn't fill even if we left the tap open for a week. The food is average. Nothing impressive by any means. The hostess at Blue Moon for breakfast, I forget her name, but she is awesome. Always smiling and makes you comfortable. It was supposed to be open for El Beso guest for dinner as well, but everything we attempted to go, we were asked if we had reservations. Apparently you need to be privileged to go for dinner. We ended up eating at Route 66 most evenings and it was edible. The Italian restaurant was actually very good. I ordered the beef and it was better than the Steakhouse, which is over rated as well. The food there sucked. The buffet, hit and miss. The beach? What beach? It was the nothing to be proud of to be 100% honest. We travel 2 times a year and decided to give this place a try due to the situation in Jamaica. We will be going back to Jamaica from here on out.
