We came here for the El Beso Adults only. The website makes it seem like the adults only habits own restaurant and bar. While they do they are a distance away from the actual rooms. They are not just for the El beso guests either. The bluemoon restaurant which’s says no reservations required does take reservations for people that upgraded to priveledge. I think it’s a bit of a fail that they advertise adults only when if you want to do something after dinner, you have to do it with families. There is no adults only bar at night. The sports bar which’s says is 18 plus allows kids. The rooms were great, the service was great.

OK, so I have spent 10 days here in the middle of Play-Doh carbon at an age 10 resort and there’s these feel the ocean stuffin blue and white and they’re always here to support you whether it be craft tequila tasting guacamole making ceviche they’re always here to play beach with you and help you ballet, ballet, ballet, ballet. The volleyball in the pool is cool too, but they’re always there to dance for you at the phone parties a I highly recommend William Gustavo, Danielle, Francisco Aranza gracias Gracias

Kids club activities were awesome !! The pirate day event was amazing ! Daniela was so kind and came to check in on our little guy to see if he was coming !!!

Absolutely trash!!! The main things that you pay for are terrible and that’s good and drinks!!! The drinks included are house drinks you have to ask for bottom shelf and the rest is top shelf and that’s for privilege men were I had to pay extra for 3 days until they offered to sell me bottles!! The food is a joke we didn’t have one decent meal the steak was more like a slice it was so thin, and who wants to wake up at 830am to make reservations for dinner!! It was so bad we never ate at the hibachi since you have to go in person at 830 am to make reservations!!! The el beso adults only is a joke as well kids in the adults section everyday we were there!!! Stay away do yourself the favor!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. We paid over 4000 to stay at this resort upon arrival they put us in the daisy building which faces the kids water park, the bellboy took over two hours to bring us our luggage which he’d my medications that I was in desperate need of, their excuse was that they had to verify our card, har no idea what that even meant. We made our way back to the lobby explaining we did not want to bein the family building and explained we wanted to be moved. Initially they told us no. The next day at 9 am They woke us up to ask us if we wanted to go shopping which we were very upset about because we wanted to sleep in. We made our way to the front desk which they upgraded us to el beso on two conditions that we give them a good review and leave them Five stars which of course we did. Upon arrival to our room in el beso we were hit with a moldy smell. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bedsheets smelled unwashed. There was a room off to the front exit that held laundry which was all over the floor. The liquor is a joke at this place everything is bottom shelf and if you want anything good there is an up sale. The food is horrible in every single restaurant. This resort was one of the worst experiences of our lives. The beach is also not swimmable. Save yourself money and time and stay somewhere else!
