This isn’t a 5 star hotel as advertised by TUI it’s a Butlins in the sun, if your ok with people on the drink from 8 in the morning with very loud guests then this is for you, we never went in any of the pools as they where filthy with people in them all day drinking with no obvious toilet breaks ( peeing in the pool) The rooms are really dated we booked privilege rooms I wouldn’t bother it’s not worth the cost, the restaurants are hit and miss the only consistent one was the steakhouse. Also it’s a bit like lord of the flys where guest seem to be able to behave however they want with no consequences , it’s like a lot of people have never been on holiday before and have reverted into children. We complained about the restaurants,for it then to be a big event when we went in any, I didn’t complain for that it should have been great every time you went in any restaurant without having to complain Staff in general are pretty good but must block most of the clowns out to get through the day Also fetch plenty of pepto bismol as you will get a stomach bug most people we spoke to have been ill

Everything was clean and neat but kids club was the best part of this vacation. Our daughter wanted to go everyday because the girls and boys running it made it so fun! Everyday was a different activity during mid day hours and even at nighttime by the lobby. Alex was our favorite! Definitely a must try for families !

We stayed at Ocean Riviera Paradose as a family of 4 with two Grils aged 9 and 4. Whats set this place apart was the amazing Kids entertainment Team, special shout out to Alex, Dani and Ana who were amazing with our Kids and treated them like family from day one. Keep up the great work!!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel while travelling as a family of six adults. Our room was lovely, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. The variety available across all the restaurants was amazing, and the coffee shop was brilliant, offering plenty of choice. The resort is large, with numerous pools to enjoy, and we loved seeing the animals around the grounds. Everywhere was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. What truly made our stay special, however, were the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and couldn't do enough for us. They were always smiling and are a real credit to the hotel. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others

We went for the first time in June 2026 with our two kids aged 8 and 11. My youngest especially enjoyed the kids club program and the lovely staff there. Special thanks to Ana, who the kids really loved. Highlights were the bowling alley visits, the foam party and the kid's pool "jet skis". The kids also enjoyed their daily mocktails from the jelly club menu at the kid's pool swim up bar. The bartenders were very hardworking and attentive. The excellent fruit smoothies from Mike's coffee bar were another daily ritual. Thanks for a great week!
