Poor communication. Lack of attention to guests from management. Lack of customer service from management when discussing issues, reserving dinner, or even simple items like towels or ketchup.

Third annual girls trip! Amazing respite and gorgeous 5?? property!

Third time here. Love the service and the food. Love the hibachi and the traditional French and Mexican restaurant. Never want to leave! Beautiful property!!! Room was wonderful. Very spacious with excellent amenities. Love the spa as well.
