Nice resort, would go back

Easily the nicest all-inclusive we have ever visited and we have been to many. Staff could not be more attentive and food was generally quite good though the drinks were often "watered down" We had unfortunately the need to go to the Medical Centre (which to be fair is not affiliated to the Hotel), and we were grossly overcharged for minor ailment. In Mexico medications are labeled with a maximum price to the public and we were charged 3X that price. I was able to recover it through my Travel Insurance but my emails to the company have gone unanswered. We would definitely go back, and once again purchase the Prive upgrade which offers a few extra benefits like a reserved poolside cabana.

Always ready to help with you needs and keeping a drink on your hand! Indonesian was very tasty! Room was very clean and always stocked with what you need.

Third time and always have a great stay! Food is wonderful, staff and service is amazing and the entertainment is a great time.

Beautiful location, this is my 4th visit so you know I love it here. The pools, beaches and restaurants are fabulous, reading by the silver pool is my fav.

The staff was so nice and attentive. The beaches were quiet and beautiful. We loved every meal we had. And we enjoyed the churro cart every night !
