Beutiful Place

We spend 1 week in June 2022, family of 4. We are vegetarian and the menu is not set up well for such needs. The staff went above and beyond to cook things for us off menu. The bar at the place is fantastic and the drinks are great. The room we had was so spacious and clean. If you ask for the top floor you will have an ocean view from almost any building We had an issue with a bathroom, and it was promptly taken care off. The excursion desk is terrific, book thigs with them - very nice lady Beatrice. Spa is super calming and nice. They have a water park called Vibit - large inflatables - it is truly for all ages. Make sure it is included in your reservation. Totally worth it. The prices in St. Lucia are very high overall. The resort was more expensive that we are used to paying for such accommodation.
A Special Place

We were two adults travelling with two teens, and we all loved our experience at this resort. The quality of the room, the beach, the food, the people, and the atmosphere all exceeded our expectations. The pictures don't do it justice. We've travelled a lot, but this was our first experience with an all-inclusive. We've always been turned off by the larger mega-resorts. But this small, locally owned hotel was a great option. There are two restaurants, but, honestly, the food at the main one, Hi-Tide, was great and we would have happily eaten there for every meal. I have to admit that, prior to our trip, I was a little concerned by some of the negative reviews about the food and service. However, my concerns were unwarranted. This foodie family really enjoyed the meal offerings--a mix of American and local foods. And while the service at lunch and dinner was "leisurely," we didn't mind. It was vacation! We'd just order another drink, play some cards, enjoy the breeze, and consider ourselves luck to be in such a beautiful spot. The patrons seemed to be a mix of Americans, Canadians, Europeans, and St. Lucian expats returning for holiday. A number of locals seem to enjoy hanging out at the resort, too, which created a warm, family-friendly environment. The staff was all really nice and would be helpful when asked. Our girls especially enjoyed Harmoni's warm demeanor and smile (through her mask, of course)! In short, this is a special place, and we would definitely go back!
