So far my wife and I have mixed emotions. I read an earlier review from October that mentions the down escalator not working all week and the elevators not working at times. We have been here 3 days and the same escalator has never worked and the elevators were off and on. We have 4 people in our group that have medical impairments that make going up and down steps difficult and at times impossible. We currently are dealing with a leak in our ceiling that prevents us from using the Jacuzzi tub. Maintenance came and stopped the leak but the ceiling is still saturated and the paint is peeling over the tub. The bed is comfortable and the pools are plentiful and clean. The carnival excursion to the twin peaks and sulfur baths was fantastic! We are still here for a few more days and will co to ie our review after we complete our stay.

Went there for a 40th birthday celebration. Treated well from check in to check out. Want to give a HUGE shoutout to the following employees who felt more like family: Jason, Paige, Liana, Mark David, Hanner, Omega, Craig, Coco Sam, Chris, Everyone at the Jerk Chicken Stand! ?? . Can’t wait until I come back.
