1st time at a Sandals resort - although 6th Caribbean country visited Started well once through security taken to a Sandals room where refreshments are offered Before transfer to hotel- - no fault of Sandals but a horrible long transfer on twisting roads - about 75min - coming back even worse 90 min Arrived at Sandals to lovely welcome and taken to room We had no interest in Butler service as we like to do a few things ourselves - but became quite evident throughout holiday that they get treated better Our room was spacious and clean with free mini bar etc which was nice Maid service was up and down- one day we got missed altogether and had to call a few times as tea coffee not topped up - once you call you get good service Swimming pools were nice although not overly warm ( ocean was warmer ) The beach was nice and sandy although the sea was rough at times ( 2 days red flag) Entertainment team worked hard and lots different things on - bar staff very hard working and pleasant 10 restaurants to choose from but you have to book some of these ( we booked on 1st day and still 3 we couldn’t get into ) - we found food quality good and our favourite being the French restaurant Entertainment at night was ok but nowhere to sit as no chairs - they have a amphitheatre but this wasn’t in use ( surely this is the busiest time ) ? Took one catamaran trip- booked through the hotel which was superb although you have to sign a lot of waivers as Sandals won’t be associated with the company , Overall had a lovely holiday- the majority of staff were fabulous and very friendly - think for the price you pay was expecting more - we visited sister hotel the grand and thought that was a step up, 3 main concerns Sun lounger situation was a joke 6am in morning 95 percent beds are gone- at least another 100 beds are needed Nowhere to sit in evenings My partner had a fall on 1st day where this is a small slope near jacuzzi - hotel knows about this but there are no warning signs up when there should be

My wife and I spent a week here to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and I can’t say any more good things about our stay here. One thing I have to encourage anyone staying here is the make sure you get a room with the butler service. They made this trip absolutely amazing. We had 3 butlers through our say that would rotate shifts during the days. Charles, Kyle, Gavin were absolutely the best. They made the stay here. The resort was lovely, the room was amazing, we stayed in a cabana with butler service, the resort staff were friendly and accommodating. This was all second to the butler service. They decorated our room while we were out several days. Always had an afternoon snack and deserts waiting for us. Arranged all of our excursions with transportation times and meeting locations. They also set up beach cabanas for us on request with coolers of drinks. They would come around unannounced on the beach to bring us drinks and snacks. This service was absolutely the best and made the vacation.

Almost a year ago now, we visited Sandals Regency La Toc in St. Lucia for the first time, and from the moment we arrived it felt like more than a vacation — it felt like coming home. We haven't felt at home since we left... As an LGBT couple, traveling can sometimes come with uncertainty, but here we were met with nothing but warmth, kindness, and genuine LOVE! The entire resort has this incredible feeling that love is simply love, and everyone belongs. The Rondoval rooms are something truly special. They are beautiful, incredibly private, and honestly so unique that it’s hard to even put them into words. It felt like our own little world tucked away in paradise. We were also so impressed with the butler team and the incredible Butler Manager who clearly leads with care and pride. You can feel how much his heart goes into making every guest’s stay special. And we can’t forget Chantal at the spa. Her warmth and kindness made our spa experience unforgettable and added another perfect moment to an already amazing trip. (tell her I'm coming back for a facial!) But who really captured our hearts were the FAMILY we met. Sydney, Garvy, and Rodger — the amazing Butlers — are a huge reason this island now means so much to us. Their energy, kindness, and the way they make you feel like family turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. Those moments of them catching me doing something kouyon, or jumping in the plunge pool will always make me chuckle! Because of them, and because of the love we felt throughout the island and resort, St. Lucia now holds a permanent place in our hearts. We will be on our way back on the 31st of this month, and we truly can’t wait to be back where it all started — back in the Rondoval's, back with the incredible people, and back on the island that reminded us what home and belonging really feel like. Some places you visit. Some places become part of your story. For us, Sandal's will always be home. Kalen & Austin

Try Kimonos for a fun hibachi dinner. Hopefully you get Meyer’s as your chef, and Jamie as your waitress. Dinner and a show. Fun time, good food!
