Our stay at Sandals Regency La Toc was amazing. We will definitely be recommending this Sandals to all of our friends and family for future trips. Charles the Lobby Host went above and beyond to make us feel special and made this trip a unique and beautiful experience. His philosophy on life and the way he approaches his work was truly inspiring. If he were to write a book sharing his wisdom and insights I would certainly want to read it. Every other couple that we met at the resort knew Charles because of his charming attitude and the fact that worked so hard that he seemed to be everywhere all the time. Whenever we saw Charles he had a big smile and was so happy to see us. He somehow found us wherever we were hanging out and checked in to make sure we were having a great day. His attention to detail is meticulous, and he surprised us by remembering the small details of our conversation and stopped by our room with cake to celebrate a special occasion. The gift of his positive attitude and graciousness inspired me to bring the same positivity to my own work after our vacation ends. The resort is very beautiful and we had great interactions with many other staff members, but I hope that Sandals management recognizes that Charles is the “something special” that makes Regency La Toc so incredible. In my opinion, he should be elevated to a senior position that will allow him to make as big of an impact for as many people as possible and allow him to provide leadership and training for other Sandals employees to follow his example.

My boyfriend and I stayed at La Toc for a getaway vacation and we were pleased with the service the entire time. This was our first time staying with Sandals and we will definitely be booking with Sandals in the future. The food, the staff, the scenery, the pools, the beach, and the unique layout of the resort was perfect. A special mention to IG, Daniel, Stewart, and many more staff who enhanced our experience and made it very hard to leave. The staff was very personable and there was always someone right there to assist your needs or concerns. The staff are clearly dedicated to their work and go out of their way to better serve their clientele. We will miss it here!!!

My husband and l had an extraordinary time at this Sandals location. We enjoyed the different restaurants, snorkeling excursions, and time spent together. A great part of what made our trip so special was our outstanding butlers, Don and Shanna. They both went above and beyond to meet our needs. They exceeded our expectations and even did things we didn't ask for (leaving flowers on our bed, a warm bubbly soaking tub waiting for us on the balcony, etc.). These butlers work so hard everyday and we appreciated all they did for us. We are lucky to have met such wonderful people. Overall our experience at this Sandals was exceptional and would love to come back some day!

Sandals Regency La Toc was everything I was expecting and so much more. The Hotel, room, food, drinks, entertainment, pool and most of all the incerdible staff were all outstanding! All of the staff were amazing, they were always so jolly & happy and were genuinely pleased to see you. The quality of the food and drinks was always perfect and service by the waiting staff was always brilliant. I can not recommend this hotel enough. We were lucky enough to visit for 7 nights and I hope that we will be lucky enough to visit again in the near future. This review of for an employee not the resort itself . Good morning I feel compelled as a resort guest to give positive feedback on your employees Charles He has gone above and beyond in anything he has done for us . Charles is clearly a people’s person and always brings a smile to our face,with his familiar catchphrase of “there you are”. What a thoroughly brilliant man you have here within your staff. He is courteous,attentive and his attention to detail, even with the smallest of things is second to none. I honestly believe that Charles would be a great training ambassador for new hires and current staff alike for his very pleasant approach to anything and anyone. My sincere hope is that someone within your organisation see this man as a “star” that they have and utilise his many talents for betterment within the Sandals group. I along with other guests from different countries have spoken about Charles and all of us are of the same opinion this man is brilliant.
