Charles, Garvin and Kyle were absolutely incredible. They were kind and inviting, helpful, friendly and professional our entire trip. They were also some of the funniest and nicest people we have ever met. Between juggling our hilarious (but chaotic) group, they went above and beyond our expectations. They were on the fly getting us reservations and booking excursions. Their food recommendations were spot on, they made up the most thoughtful evening exhibits in our room that just made us feel cared for. They were always upbeat and thorough with helping create the ambiance of rest and relaxation. We were never rushed and had no bad experiences with our butlers or the resort. Overall, Kyle, Charles and Garvin were essential to allowing us to have a great vacation where we were able to take a step back from our busy lives and just enjoy the beautiful scenery in and around the resort. We would 100% want all three of them to be our butlers again. And if you three ever read this, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. My husband and I cannot thank you enough for everything ??

The experience was one of a lifetime. We had the butler suite with the pool -Den,Mel, Tricia were our butlers and the service was absolutely superb! A butler is a must have. We went to get married and it was the wedding of our dreams and century! Allison was our wedding planner here and she ensured everything was perfect and to my wife’s liking. Dala was her assistant and she knew all the songs my wife wanted and played them perfectly for us. We became great friends with Daniel, Amanda and Ray of Sunshine, the duty Manager. They are all like our family! Hospitality is so great, makes me think if the whole world was like this what things would be! Massages, waterfalls and mud bath was def some of things that you should plan!

We had a great time at the resort. Our Butlers, Garvy, Sydney and Roger were the absolute best. I would give them an eleven out of ten. They were accommodating and quick to respond. I would definitely go again and ask for them. Also, the housekeeping staff was great also.

Our trip was incredible. Breathtaking views and amazing hospitality. We enjoyed delicious food and drinks, a relaxing couples massage, two fun excursions on atvs and a waterfall swim too. Our stay was made even more special by Travis the Bow Tie Man who guided us on what to do, where to eat, how to visit the other sandals resorts on the island and also what special cocktails we hadn’t experienced yet. Flag him down if you want to make your experience a 10/10!

Truly an amazing experience staying here with my wife for our honeymoon. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Travis (the bow tie guy) is who you’ll want to see to get the best experience possible. The rooms were great, the food was amazing, and the facility itself is just jaw droppingly special. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a paradise getaway.
