Beautiful resort with great employees and outstanding butlers! Titus and Dalina were top notch!! The food was really good as well.

I read so many review before this trip and had mixed feelings going into it. I’m glad I kept an open mind. Everyone has their own personal experience and for ours, it went beyond 5 stars. Our room was GORGEOUS! Yes, some parts may need updating or some work, but nothing to complain about. The butler service was amazing! My husband is blind and everyone was sooo accommodating. If you’re looking for a big party resort, this is not it. But if you’re looking for great food, relaxation and quality time with your other half, book it. We ended up extending our stay and the accommodated us with an even better room than we originally had. Big props to the butlers. Below are some names and dishes and service to at stood out for us: Don, Shanna and stephy- butlers: thank you for going above and beyond. Always keeping our coolers cool and getting good beach/pool spots. Stephy- the room you got us was amazing! Thank you! The lamb chops at Armando are to die for! Don’t miss dinner at the pavilion. The crab cakes are delicious! The service at soy was unlike any other. They remembered my husbands disability and made sure to pull out his chair, guide him. And the sushi was spot on! Nadia at the main pool bar remembered us day after day. Sad to say goodbye.
