Just back from Bel Jou one of many visits to this lovely hotel. This hotel is managed by Dean who has an amazing amount of lovely staff. Anything you need or any advice you need they are there to help. We all know staff move on to different hotels but not many leave here. Big shout for Bella what ever you wanted was not a problem. I could shout them all that's how good are. One who really stood out was Quincy he had just taken on a new role as pool assistant looking after towels and sun beds but also bringing drinks to you if required.
Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service at Bel Jou Hotel

Bel Jou Hotel was truly an amazing place to stay. The rooms were not only beautiful but impeccably clean, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special shout-out to Verne for a job exceptionally well done. The restaurant staff, including Mac, Princess, Andrea, Morinda, Shellina, Verkessa, Tana, and Jahiem, were absolutely phenomenal. They were always welcoming, attentive, and demonstrated professionalism at its finest. Many thanks as well to the talented chefs, Javier and Jevon, for the wonderful dishes we had the pleasure of enjoying. At the front desk, Le Le and Mickey provided excellent service, making everything smooth and stress-free. Last but certainly not least, Quincy, the pool attendant, stood out throughout my stay. He was consistently present and ready to assist with anything needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and well-rounded experience.
