We stayed for 5 nights and really loved it. We had an ocean view studio suite that had plenty of room, tons of storage for clothes, a comfortable patio. We were on the ground floor and enjoyed being able to step out onto the walkway to beach and hotel. We are ate at Sunset Cafe multiple times and food was very good and excellent service. The Petite Plage beach was wonderful. They will set up umbrella and you have complimentary snorkel gear and floats (just pay $5 for personal mouthpiece for snorkel). The pool was also amazing. It was low season and we had the pool to ourselves a few times. Grand Case village is 5-10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants from fancy French to open air local bbq. We used the free shuttle to Super U market that was great for groceries drinks and snacks. The room has a full size fridge , Nespresso, and coffee pot. There are many ice and water stations to fill water bottles. Shout out to special staff Lolo, Wilson, Cindy, Alexina and many others.

I recently visited Grand Case Beach Club with my mother and sister to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday. The resort was beautiful, clean, and staffed by the friendliest people. The hotel was quiet, the beaches beautiful, exactly what we wanted. The housekeeping staff and front desk surprised my mom with some treats and decorations in our room on the day of her birthday. The evening shuttle into town was very convenient. Shy, who drove the shuttle, was very friendly and timely when picking us up. The view from our 3rd-floor room was beautiful; we will definitely be back.

One of my favorite places in the world grand case Beach club beautiful surroundings, beautiful beach, beautiful pool great restaurant staff is spectacular as long as I can come once a year I’m happy

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, room was terrific and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was good and the beach was clean and lovely. I would recommend this location if you’re not into partying and want to be in a quiet area.

First off, everyone to a person that we encountered on premises was pleasant and helpful. The location is at the end of a dark street and at night there is a check point guard which made us a bit uncomfortable. We were there during their off season so a lot of places were not opened or under construction. The area surrounding the premises is not well lit and we felt like we were staying in an unsafe neighborhood. We did not feel unsafe while on the premises. A rental car is a needed to get anywhere from this hotel. We ended up hiring an on call transport service to get us around. The premises need work. There is no elevator to the second floor rooms and the stone street covering was difficult to move luggage on. There was no bellman or bagman. The place was relatively clean but there didn't seem to be enough staff on site to keep up the restroom near the pool. There was only one place to eat and the food was pretty good but pricey. The beach was lovely and the reason we wanted to go. It was not over crowded or dirty. There was no beach side beverage or food service. Our room was spacious but there was a strong mold smell that was bad enough for us to have to launder , spray and air out all of our clothes and luggage the moment we got home. If someone else had added this detail to their review, we would not have stayed at this place. The bedding was comfortable but the throw blankets and pillows showed signs of wear and pilling , which was off putting. The bathroom door was rotten from shower water direction and was very unsightly. The bath towels were thin, dingy and well used. The staff did replace them nightly but the quality was very poor. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and other appliances like a coffee maker and tea pot. It was clean and tidy. There was candle and matches left that we used to blunt the mold smell and we were happy it was available. Overall, the place was quiet and relaxing but it was not a four star property as they have it listed and we felt it was quite overpriced for the quality.
