One night stay.. We experienced top shelf service from booking to check out. It was a chilly time of year so I chose an upper floor with floor to ceiling views. This was my second stay at this hotel. Both stays were perfection for excellent service, friendly staff and beautiful views of both sets of falls. Even after we were back in from walking.. and walking.. and walking, we were still able to experience the falls from the Juliet window (skinny step-out balcony with rail). The falls are illuminated at night til midnight so from the sublime Sheraton Mattress and bedding, I could look over and see the falls, and lights on the Rainbow Bridge. The buffet breakfast is amazing. It’s a great deal if you choose to include it in your room package. We were not prepared for the elaborate choices available. Just go there hungry-it’s hard to pass up all the options. I don’t normally eat breakfast, but everything I did eat was fabulous.

We had an incredible view of the Falls. I could lie in my bed watching them. The room was very comfortable and clean. We didn’t use the restaurants but there was a convenient Starbucks for a croissant one coffee. Coffee machine in room. It is a big hotel and lifts were often busy- there was a 1000 people congress on when we were there- but it was never dreadful. No complaints
