Staying here was a treat!
Sara D on May 08, 2025
I stayed here for a work event and I paid to upgrade my room to a higher floor. The guest service agent who checked me in was lovely and gave me a wonderful room. If I remember correctly I was on floor 26 with a corner room. The room was spacious, bright, beautiful view, private, quiet, and always clean. I typically do not let housekeepers in my room when I stay and this time I did and they were super lovely ~ so efficient and tidied up my room so nicely ~ they even folded some of the clothes I left on the floor. The food during our conference was great too. It was nutritious, whole foods. I especially loved the coconut milk chia seed pudding topped with fresh fruit! Staying here was a treat! I would definitely stay here again :)
Nice hotel, but NOT accessible friendly.

PROS: This hotel is in a ok location, with nice views, and rooms are industry standard quality. The conference center is nice and accommodating for large gatherings. CONS: For a modern building this is hotel was not designed to be ADA compliant, and is not very accessible. The only way to access the Pool and Gym areas from within the hotel, requires guest to descend a flight of stairs from one floor down to another. When we spoke to the front desk, the agent un-empathetically told us they are an accessible hotel because... guest can Exit the front doors of the lobby walk OUTSIDE go around the building up a ramp and use their keycard on a door on the side of the building to access the pool and gym areas. Besides the undignified accessibility options for accessing the amenities, the hotel loading roundabout unlike other hotels where it is near the lobby is a fare distance away and up some ramp/stairs. The underground parkade has 1 handicap spot per level below ground and they are tight spaces. If there is a senior or a person in your family that has mobility issues I would recommend another property.
