Great Hotel

jerrythetraveler (Orlando) on Jul 18, 2024

The hotel is a little disjointed, as there are two towers that are really not attached and as a result there are two different check ins and you have to walk to one of them or the other for the Concierge, valet or lounges, but the property and the staff are great. The location is good and the valet, bell staff and front desk were awesome. The restaurant and bar was slow and the food was nothing to write home about, but the lounge was wonderful and so was that staff too.

Uncleaned room

890yama on Jul 14, 2024

The room I was given was not cleaned. When I went back to the reception and told them about it, the man told me to wait in the restaurant for about 15-20 minutes while he cleaned the room. However, after waiting for more than 30 minutes with no response, I went back to the reception desk to ask, and was told that the cleaning staff had already left for the day, so all I could do was throw away the trash in the trash can. The man offered no apology for making me wait and tried to make me stay in the dirty room. A female staff member then came and arranged for us to have a new room, but it was the first time I had ever been treated so badly. Even though guests pay a high price, they have to stay in dirty rooms. Is that the hotel's service spirit? Request for improvement in customer service.
