Luggage Snafu

When we checked-in at 3pm, we told the front desk that our luggage was being delivered shortly. She said she would call us when it arrived. At 9:40pm, we went down to the front desk looking for our luggage. This person was a different person who checked us in. They were very attentive and called the bellhop to check on our luggage. The bellhop retrieved it from the luggage locker. A big thank you for locating our luggage! Have no idea how long it been in the luggage locker. When we checked in, we asked the front desk for suggestions of places to eat and how to get to the train station and was told to google it. Wow! Not the usual response you get from the front desk. Since we were waiting for our luggage, we ate at the hotel’s Apron which was good. Their service far surpassed the initial front desk check-in service. The Apron’s service was outstanding!

Best hotel in Richmond. Clean and comfortable room. Train station will open soon. Great staff. Shout out to Danielle, front desk, for her amazing service. Went above and beyond to prepare breakfast so I can take on the shuttle to the airport. Shuttle is clean and a very nice sprinter van. Quick drop off with no stop - 5 min.
