The experience was marvelous , the workers are very kind , thanks for all ! The service is great , I met a lot of people and all new friends are beautiful , the food were delicious and the room very confortable , I love the experience and we will come very soon.

This is my third time I come too Los cactus I’m very happy with the hotel was amazing and the people are very friendly and the DJ Abraham is very great and entretimento make wonderful show and dance I enjoy to watching and Ivel she are very talented and funny person very friendly she are amazing person

We come to Los Cactus 4 or 5 times a year. As my Mom says, "it is like coming back to family". All the staff are very friendly, and always try their best to please the guests. The gardens are beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the beach is stunning. There is always plenty of food to eat, and a variety of drinks. We will be back again soon. First, I would love to thank Lizbeth and all of her staff for an amazing vacation!! I vacationed here solo, for a change, this year. Usually myself and my partner vacation here, he didn't want to go this year. I really don't know how many times I/we have been to this resort, but, it's alot! Everytime we arrive here, I feel that I am home! The best thing about Cuba are it's people, they are amazing, wonderful and thoughful! This resort is a small, safe and very comfortable resort. The beach is fantastic! The rooms are very clean, spacious and well appointed. I never have a worry here, so relaxing. Last year the food, alcohol were, very limited. However, this year, everything was just wonderful. The food was great, wine available and more than enough alcohol. While I was there, I celebrated my birthday. The way I was treated was beyond thoughtful! A bottle of champagne in my room. My friend, Yanelys had a beautiful cake made for me and dinner was faboulas! I can't thank you all enough!!!! I/we can't wait to see you all again next year!! And yes, Yanelys, I won't forget size 9.5 next year, sorry!! Love you!! This is a resort for people who just need/want a vacation. It's really not a party resort, not saying you can't, cause we have. But, it's more to relax. Bring things for the Cuban people and most of all please tip!! US and Canadian funds are accepted and welcomed..

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and impeccable service. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with all amenities provided. The food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The pool area was a haven of relaxation, and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking. Can't recommend this hotel enough for a perfect getaway! Thanks for everybody Pedro, Marielis, leisy and Yobany. See you the next time.
