I love this place and can wait to come back. The gardens and beach are gorgeous. The food is tasty, and the room is very spacious. I had delicious dinners in the Mediterranean restaurant, and the piano player there was part of the Buena Social Club. The staff is the best I ever seen, all super friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back. Thank you to the Cactus Family for a super week.

My stay at Hotel Los Cactus was absolutely delightful! From the charming decor to the impeccable service, every moment felt really good. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were nice. I can't wait to return.

My partner and I visited Los Cactus for a week during March and enjoyed this resort thoroughly. I was actually my 2nd time to this resort, and my return was based on the pleasant experience I had back in 2011. As I remembered the layout, the grounds and the size (which is not too big) were some of the factors which makes this spot so awesome. Access from your room to the dining area, pool, bars, and beach is via a short easy stroll, so everything is easily within reach. (From our room to the beach, for example, the walk was only about 5 minutes. To everything else it was shorter.) The resort is well cared for by a busy friendly maintenance crew and the service staff are also very approachable, accommodating, and super helpful. From the front desk personnel to the kitchen staff, all are very accepting of a friendly smile and a chat. The resort is not new and thus daily maintenance is ongoing. The gym needs a little TLC with some of the equipment. (The size of the gym is a plus, with lots of room to workout with weights as well as yoga at the same time.) Also the air conditioning stopped working in our room but was addressed and fixed. (the breaker kept tripping out.) We had no problem with any of the food that the busy bees in the kitchen prepared. At every meal (3 per day) we filled our plates and ate everything. Hats off to the kitchen crew - and of course to the pleasant servers as well. Overall awesome experience with the lovely Los Cactus family!

Love this resort! The staff are all excellent from Miguel to Merca to lisbeth ,and Vladimir .all the waitress. Beautiful beach. Right next to golf course! We have been to this resort more than twenty times, and will return. This our home away from home

What a fantastic week at Los Cactus, my 2nd home. The staff are wonderful. They made my solo trip unforgettable. Yes there are shortages at times but you can always find something to eat and drink. Great beach and relaxing pool. Cannot wait to see everyone next fall.
