I had a wonderful experience here in this paradise, ocean is beautiful clear water and blue. Temperature very warm. The hotel is decorated by a garden full of flowers and trees. Architecture is like piece of art, different styles. The entertainment non stop everyday pool and beach full of activities like dance lesson, aqua gym, musical quiz and show at night. Pedro the best entertainer always smile and makes me feel happy. I strongly recommend this hotel

Thank you customer service, especially Dana, for great service! . Is my first time in Iberostar Selection Varadero and no complaints. We celebrated the 75 birthday of my husband and we ate at the Mediterranean a la carte restaurant, the service was amazing and they treat us so good. We were in 1243 and the maid was awesome kept the room clean. Even the gardeners were so nice and every day they gave me flowers and make my day. We are planning already to come back to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We highly recommend the hotel.

Family vacation So get disappointed, we were waiting for this trip 3 months after we booked up and down reviews we read around . Women’s with a toddler this is not place at all for little kids 1) food so bad , powder eggs no fruits no notions connecting to kids like yogurt’s banana or any fruits , insane shocking . If expect pasta and pizza even that not cook properly

I just returned from an amazing stay at this hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! Our agency Viagens e Baratas got us the best deal and from the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beautiful surroundings and how warm and welcoming the staff were. Everyone was so friendly and always ready to help with a smile, making the entire experience so much better. The food was delicious with so many options to choose from, but what really made this stay unforgettable was the entertainment team, especially Pedro. He was absolutely fantastic, always making sure we were having the best time possible. His energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. Honestly, Pedro elevated the whole experience – his professionalism and positive attitude really make this hotel stand out! I also have to give a shoutout to the hotel director, who was constantly around, checking in and making sure everything was perfect. It’s clear how much they care about their guests, and it really showed. Overall, I had an incredible time at this hotel, and I’ll definitely be coming back. A huge thank you to Pedro and the rest of the wonderful team for making this stay so special!

The Iberostar Selection in Varadero left us with cherished memories from our recent stay in early May 2024. This was our second time visiting the resort, two families of 7 people, and once again, it didn't fail our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and top-notch service, with Anita from Public Relations going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated staff of this resort, with a special mention to Anita and the entire team who makes this a secure and welcoming destination for all. On a personal note, we would like to share our story. Upon arriving at the airport, we realized that we had accidentally left a cherished ring in the safe locker of our room on the day of our departure. Panic quickly set in, but our worries were soon alleviated when we reached out to the hotel. Yadi from Public Relations immediately personally went to the room to retrieve the ring and ensured its safekeeping with the security team until we could arrange for its return to Canada in almost 4 months. Anita, throughout this process, was a constant source of support and coordination And now we are overjoyed to have our ring back in our possession. Our heartfelt thanks go out to Anita, Yadi, and the entire team for their efforts in making this a safe, friendly, and memorable place to visit. The resort itself is truly stunning. The grounds are immaculately kept, and the rooms are modern, comfortable, and meticulously cleaned by the housekeeping team. We always returned to a spotless environment, thanks to the hardworking cleaner (We stayed in bungalow #10 on the 3rd floor, occupying 3 rooms.) Our cleaning lady daily crafted lovely figures out of towels in every room. The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh fruits, eggs, milk, and delicious bread. Multiple options of cheese and ham were always available. We brought our own seasonings and spices to make our food taste just right for us. One can always find something to their liking on the menu. But please, people, don't forget:it's Cuba and please, be understandable and low your expectations. The beachside restaurant catered a roasted paella and grilled pigs during one of the days of our 9-day stay. To be fair, while the coffee in the buffet was not good, we found that a nice cup of coffee could be ordered in the lobby. We also would like to make a polite request to lower the volume of the loud live music during lunchtime, as it could be overwhelming and tiring. The entertainment and music each night were great, especially the Magic show. And some words of one of the most important treasures of our vacation: The beach! Beautiful! With its expansive stretch of golden sand and the breathtaking view of the ocean, where the water changed colors from deep blue to turquoise, was a tranquil and breathtaking destination. In conclusion, we highly recommend this resort for any traveler. Whether you're traveling as a couple, solo, or with your family, this place has something for everyone.
