Fabulous vacations again

Second time in this hotel and certainly not the last, from the attention of the staff to the best beaches I have ever known; the food contrary to many people think we were not lacking, different options despite the shortages in Cuba, we felt comfortable with the food; special thanks to Miguel Alejandro (tennis coach) who dedicated valuable time with our daughter who had never played tennis, I also highlight the great attention of Driatne in customer service, who did everything to satisfy our requests always making us feel at home; finally our star waitress Olivia, with her contagious smile, always exceeding in kindness, cordiality and good service; my family and I have been to different places in the Caribbean to comment that even though Cuba does not offer the best food, this particular hotel surpasses many other aspects we have not found in other resorts.

The rooms were not ready until 6pm. No hot water in the shower. For some reason some people can eat in inside with AC and others no and the buffet outside was flooded during a rain. A lot of mosquitos every place you seat. The beach beautiful. If you like the food with salt, bring your own salt. Olson the Ac was out of service for 2 days. The worse experience.
