1st time to Cuba awesome

This was our first trip to Cuba. The resort was great, the food good, and the staff very pleasant and helpful. We had a major issue at check in that was quickly and very satisfactory resolved by Ivis at the main checkin. Our concierge Egle was superb arranging a birthday meal including the cake and many other things. A day trip to Havana was very informative and beautiful. Bartenders were great. One made us a special coffee. Will definitely return to this resort.

Paradise is the best place on Varadero. Person who works here are qualified specialists. Especially receptionists Ivis, why khows everything and she always ready to help .I’m grateful to for the good rest.I love Cuba.I love Paradisus Varadero
