My wife had day surgery at St. Paul's hospital. Casper was an awesome help. He arranged for a wheelchair for her through the hotel, came over with me and wheeled her back to our room! He was a great help, especially at 8:30 in the evening. I would highly recommend CASPER and the Sheraton Wall Centre staff for their help and friendliness!

THE GOOD: we stayed in the South Tower. Our 2 bedroom was spacious, clean and a nice view of the city. The two level concierge lounge was great. We have dietary restrictions that often make it a challenge to find viable food options, but the staff Twnquel, Polly and Theodore were amazing! The took very good care of us. THE BAD: housekeeping could be a little more diligent but overall good. Would stay again!

Third stay, all of which were business. In 9 nights of stays have rarely needed taxi or Uber to go anywhere but the airport. There are so many dining options even within a one block radius of the Wall Centre. Changing length of stay and adding rooms for other colleagues has never been an issue. Staff have always been professional and accommodating. The restaurant and bar options in the hotel are good for breakfast and later evening. The gym facilities included enough equipment to not be overcrowded in the morning despite the hotel being full. Same for the pool and hot tub, which have fresh air when the sliding glass doors are open. The beds are comfortable and never any issues with the room missing anything or being unclean. The prices might be more than some want to pay for a personal trip, for business in Vancouver it is a great option.

There are two buildings and our room was in the older, more tired one which was a bit disappointing. Especially as we had to walk over to the newer and much nicer tower for breakfast and the pool. It was almost a taunt, this is where you could’ve been staying. However, breakfast was lovely. Our room was fine for what we needed and in a good location. Be warned though that the deposit takes ages to work its way back to you - I checked out over 10 days ago and still haven’t had it back.

Just back in from a two night stay with our family in April. The hotel is located centrally and lots of great places are walkable. Our room was very clean and spacious. We did find the pillows super squashy and would have preferred a firmer pillow, but it was fine. We called maintenance out to fix a dribbling cold tap, but they came out within the hour and fixed it - just a loose cable. So very responsive. Hotel pool was nice but lots of children in it so not a relaxing swim. Jacuzzi was nice and hot. There's three gym rooms to enjoy if that's your thing too!
